Yeah, a lactaid pill before chugging is what makes it easy for me. But be warned, it doesn't mean your body can handle a TON, it will still go right thru you if you overdo it...

which is better for gaining
you’d have a tough time swallowing that much oif it. It’s THICK. I built myself up to drinking a quarter gallon a day, and if i tried going faster...it went through me and made me want to stop ...
