Ian had to get the staff to help him get Jake into the house. They put him in one of trudy's rooms because it was the closest and involved going up the fewest steps.
In truth, it was exactly where he wanted him.
Once the staff had left, he secured the door and the windows. He put on the light, then he rolled up jake's sleeve. He tied a tourniquet around his arm, then injected the first injection of many that Jake would receive. The drug was called 'dream' it was a hallucinogenic that would blur the edges between dream and reality. From now on, Jake would not know anything for sure. He would not know the difference between day and night, light and dark, hot or cold, being awake or being asleep.
Over the next twenty four hours, Ian injected him with a mixture of zoom, calmit and dream every hour. Sometimes all at the same time. Sometimes he injected slowly, but more often he injected as fast as he could. He wanted him to be addicted to the rush as much as the drugs themselves. He was playing a very dangerous game. If he gave too much he risked killing him altogether. Ian did not want to do that.
When he introduced Trudy to him, he was addicted to the drugs inside him. Less than two hours after his last fix he started suffering withdrawals.
She was pleased with what Ian had done. He had acquired a marvellous specimen for her to experiment on. Yes! He was the best yet. The ultimate. He would receive the very best at her hands. She sat aside him, felt his rippling muscles under his tee shirt. She ran a finger over his defined facial features as he drooled saliva out the corner of his mouth.
Tomorrow, she wanted him awake. Tomorrow she would start. Yes. She approved, but he was no good to her if he was unconscious and unable to move!
Ian refined his drug regime. Tomorrow, when Trudy visited, he would be fully awake. He would be able to move freely, but his limbs might feel a little heavy.
Psychologically, he would be so lost that he would follow anyone who held out a hand to him, even if that was trudy's hand.
