Chapter 1
Lewis loved to eat. He loved everything about food - from how it tasted, to the way that he felt when he was completely stuffed. For years he had suppressed this side of himself. However as he got older, it became more difficult to resist temptation. He found he was able to eat more and more and once he started he just couldn't stop. This coupled with his office job meant that the weight had crept on, settling on his middle.
He had gotten to the point where he was facing the prospect of having to replace his wardrobe as he was out growing most of his clothes. This was a bit of a wake up call. So over the last six months he had made a conscious effort to watch what he ate, not eat too much and to work out. After half a year of hard work and depriving himself, his domed belly had all but disappeared.
However he couldn't completely relinquish his past excesses. He allowed himself just one pig out session per month as a treat. One session where he could eat what ever he liked - as much as he liked – and without feeling guilty.
Sure, he would feel heavier for a few days, maybe gain a few pounds, but the weight wouldn't stick as he would hit the gym hard to compensate for his indulgence.
He really looked forward to his treat, and it fast became his favourite day of the month. Leading up to it his thoughts would be preoccupied with what he was going to eat. It was all that he could think about.
This month he had decided, after much deliberation, that he was going to check out the new eatery a few doors down from gym. It had received rave reviews in the newspapers, who had commented on how good the food was and the generous size of the portions. It sounded right up Lewis's street - his mouth would water just thinking about it.
As he walked in his eyes were immediately drawn to the woman who was clearing a table near the back of the room.
"I'll be right with you' she said smiling as she looked up at him.
He sat down and waited as she carried the plates into the kitchen, his empty belly eager for its monthly stuffing.
''I haven't seen you in here before - pleased to meet you - I'm Jess' she said as she handed him a menu.
'I'm Lewis' he said suddenly feeling really shy.
'Take your time looking over it and let me know when you are ready to order.' As she caught his eye he felt a rush of excitement going through his body. She was gorgeous.
He tried to focus on the job in hand and studied the menu carefully. It wasn't an easy decision as there was so much on there he liked. It was almost like the menu had been designed with him in mind.
Finally, he decided and she seemed pleased as she took his order of loaded potato skins, a double bacon cheese burger with all the trimmings, an extra portion of onion rings and a chocolate milkshake.
She brought over the creamy milkshake and she stood talking to him whilst he waited for the rest of his food.
The milkshake was really good and no sooner than had he finished it, she quickly brought him another glass.
With this distraction and their conversation, his food seemed to be ready in no time at all. Lewis hungrily surveyed the mountain of food before him.
The portions were big, easily enough for two people - two people with big appetites. He couldn't wait to get started.
The food was better than he could have hoped for. He had never tasted anything like it before in his life. Each thing was cooked to perfection and so delicious. He couldn't eat it quick enough. He was enjoying every single second of it and didn't want it to end. Finally he pushed the last mouthful into his mouth and let out a satisfied sigh.
'Well done' Jess said her face beaming - 'not many people can finish the double burger, let alone after a starter. I'm impressed. You can really eat'
He smiled, he was slightly delirious due to the massive meal that he had just consumed and now a weird sense of pride was filling his body.
'Did you enjoy it?' She asked curiously.
He nodded 'It was amazing, I think it could be the best burger I've ever had. I could eat those all day. My compliments to the chef'
He leaned back in his chair releasing some of the pressure off his full gut.
'An empty plate is a big enough compliment for me' she said as she stacked the plates and carried them away into the kitchen.
Lewis closed his eyes and rubbed his gut. His belly always grew when he really ate, mainly due to the volume of food that it was holding, and he could feel his gut pushing against his shirt. He had forgotten just how much he enjoying the feeling of being completely full.
'Here, try this; I think you'll like it. It's on the house.' Jess said laying down a massive slice of chocolate cake in front of him.
Although he was full he would have felt impolite to refuse and the last thing he wanted to do was offend her. She seemed really nice. On top of this how could he say no - chocolate cake was his favourite. The diet would start again tomorrow.
'Thank you' he said as devoured it with his eyes wondering if he could fit it in. It was going to be a struggle but he was going to give it a go.
He needn't have worried. The cake was to die for, rich gooey and dangerously addictive. As he ate, he forgot how full he was. Even if he had he wouldn't have been able to stop eating. It was too delicious.
'Was that good?' she asked looking at the empty plate when he had finished, eager to hear his verdict.
'Oh yes - you are a seriously good cook. A dangerously good cook'. He said rubbing his belly.
She giggled 'Thanks- I'm glad that you enjoyed it. That is probably the best review that I've had'
It was almost closing time and so Lewis settled the bill, leaving a large tip and said good bye to the most accommodating hostess.
'Hopefully see you again soon Lewis' she said as she closed the door behind him.
She hadn't noticed his belly when he had walked in but as he stood up to go
she saw a nice round gut under his shirt. She wasn't surprised - he had eaten like a pig.
As she turned the sign on the door to ‘closed’ and as she finished tidying the restaurant she couldn't get the image of his bloated belly out of her head.
She had felt a weird excitement as she watched him clear the heaped plates of food that she had put before him. She had been curious to see if he could fit the cake in after everything that he had eaten, but he had finished it like he hadn't eaten for days. He clearly loved his food and she liked a man who could eat. She hoped that he wouldn't leave it too long before he came in again.
