For her annual doctor's visit, Julie gets a reccomendation from her friend of a new doctor in town, John. She then goes see him.
Arriving at the clinic she notices that all of the patients are overweight women. From chubby with an almost belly, to huge with clothes that barely contain their fat, sitting on double-wide chairs made specially for obese persons. They all seem healthy and happy, but still very overweight. She doesn't think twice about it, it must be a coincidence. She sits so small in one of those chairs made for asses many times wider than hers.
After hearing some laughs, an absolute whale of a woman leaves Dr. John's office waddling smiling and satisfied while she tucks her gut in her pants and buttons them. Julie is then called. When she walks in she sees regular things you'd have in a doctor's office, but also a great amount of art depicting overweight women, a lot of them, naked. At the center, the most attractive man she's ever seen sits there, Dr. John. She is immediatly stunned and attracted by him. She seats on another extra-wide and reinforced chair and starts talking to him.
As he continues to read her file tough, his smile disappears and he informs her that he is worried about her health as he tells her that she is worryingly slim and has unhealthy habits.
Julie is confused. She's been told for years that she's been doing the right thing and getting healthier, she does not understand. Dr John then explains that she's been cutting back too much and forcing her body too much and that she has to change some eating habits and change to a more sedentary lifestyle. He proposes a series of sessions with him and a prescription of sweets and fast food. Reluctantly Julie accepts, because of Dr. John's seductive nature.
As the sessions go by, without noticing at all, Julie starts to gain a little weight. She goes in for check-ins, and each time she observes the shapes of the enormously obese women in the waiting room. She's also noticed the water in the water fountain has been replaced by soda, there are also cookies and donuts now. Each time she comes into his office, he offers her highly caloric snack. Though she's refused them at first, scared of getting fat, he started insisting strongly (maybe a little too much) that she takes them, claiming it's part of the health program. Because she is so seducted by him, she started to accept them.
Each time, Dr. John weighs Julie and measures her and after that he looks at her disappointed, saying she's still a long way from success and too skinny, despite her gain. He claims, he never sees the number on the scale go up. She gets worried, and while they discuss new strategies, he offers her more caloric foods of course, and she eats without even thinking, just putting the donuts in her mouth.
For the first session, Julie sat accross Dr. John on another extra wide chair in his office and listened to him explain his plans on her health treatment. She had gained an unnoticeable amount of weight at that point.
Dr. John:
"Did you follow the prescription I gave you?
Half an ice cream tub and two bacon and eggs sandwiches in the morning, 1 entire lasagna for lunch and any kind of meal from a local fast food chain with dessert for dinner.
And most importantly: Avoid caffeine! Caffeine makes you wanna move and do lots of things. We need you to relax and avoid physical effort, alright dear?
Lie down to help with digestion and watch or listen to whatever you like."
"The thing is Dr. John, that is just too much for me to eat! I can't handle all that, maybe we could go easy on the portions?
Julie:
This way, I get scared I'll get fat again!"
Dr. John:
"Do not say that word my love. I have worked with a lot of patients over the years and I can tell that there is no such thing. The people we call fat are just the real healthy people. In this world where sedentary lifestyles are the norm, the "fat" people are already in the best form, they are ahead of us! Other than evidently being physically the pinnacle of human beauty also hahaha...
Let me show you something..."
As he searches for something on his computer Julie observer his office with more attention. She notices his artworks are mostly famous paintings depicting greek and roman beauty but remade with obese women.
She sees he has many measuring tapes, probably to measure his patients, but also many scales, going all the way up to an industrial scale up to 1000 lbs.
She also sees many snacks and high calorie foods, and a weird funnel on a table, but she does not understand what that would be used for.
