Friday morning finds Baby girl being fed her breakfast,

a large plate of hashbrowns and gravy...and buttery biscuits..

Today there will be a new helper with the other ladies Baby girl.

I wonder who she is ? Apparently she is in training as a nurse's aid...

and coming to help with you.

"I hope she is nice like the other ones."

You know they are very nice people.

"Yes, I know." "And now 3 poking and prodding...."

You know that is far from the truth...

....they treat you like a queen...

Then you can have your feeding tube until they come..

Lily finishes breakfast and gladly takes her tube...

As soon as they come we'll get you to the toilet...

Mommy is going to clean up a little...enjoy...

about 20 minutes later the door bell rings...

and mommy takes the feeding tube..coils it and

puts it in the cupboard behind Lily's bed..

I'll go answer the door...won't be long honey..

The nurses introduce the new aid, a pretty young lady,

chubby with waist length auburn hair, blue eyes...

...all three enter Baby girl's room....

the two regular aids go right to Baby girl's bed....

They give her hugs and kisses and then introduce her..

to the new girl...Jody...

The new aid is shocked by the size of the girl in the bed...

Never having been in the company of someone this size..

*so fat*..her face must have shown it too, and Inga giggled.

What is it Jody...too much to take in all at once.?

Jody grins and extends her hand and shakes gently.... with

Baby girl..hello um...Baby girl..my name is Jody...

"Hello Jody ...call me Lily if you like..."

What a beautiful name.. and you are beautiful like a flower!

Lily says shyly.."yes a very big flower." and giggles.

"Ok ladies", says Inga, let's get busy..first stop the toilet...

This girl has been waiting just for this moment..mom stop!

The bed is lowered and Baby girl prepares for the struggle...

of standing up and walking...like moving a mountain...

Then her fat legs are carefully swung over the side.

Now watch how you grab her as she bruises very easily..

...ever so gently, gently, and very gentle....

Baby girl is held by both arms and slowly pulled forward..

her bed being lowered until her feet touch the floor...

Ok Jody, we need you up front to gently pull..

You need to get a feel for this young lady's size.....

to know the weight you are dealing with..no offense Baby girl..

Lily giggles and smiles at all 3 aids.

"I'm a very fat girl what can I say ? "

Ok Baby girl get ready to stand on 1...2..3...up!

Mommy slips behind Lily pushing on her backside...

Ok almost there honey...up you get......she's standing...

Lily panting hard from her struggle...*fatty*

now girls, let all that fat that is jiggling settle down..

Sharon and Kitty make sure Lily is steady on her feet...

and try to steady the large jiggly parts...

...we want her to go in one direction when walking...

Inga looks at Jody...let Baby girl catch her breath...

its a big workout for her...Baby girl takes a step....

her mom follows steadying her behind....

Inga is in awe at how big Baby girl's backside is

she must have missed a growth spurt..

Ok honey, take your steps now...trying to control

the jiggling and bouncing..
