I went to a small college in the American mid-west for my freshman year. Being away from home for the first extended time, plus, a cafeteria style serving, I gained about twenty pounds.
I lost it over a long period of time including military service.
But I'm gaining it all back and then some now that I'm retired.

Fat friends, definitely! Especially fat friends who weigh more and are fatter than you! That also goes for relatives.

I too am embarrassed to show off my gain to friends and family, that being said, when I have traveled I love to wear my tight, bikini cut "Speedo" bathing suit to hotel pools. I try to go when the fewest people will be there and it's quite a turn on for me.
Another point I want to make, how many of you have posted photos of your fat self here or on other sites?
I have posted dozens of photos of my gaining here and when I was on DA.

There are several other inhibitor style heartburn medications. I'm currently on one due to acid reflux.
Many "OTC" brands contain the same medications as the prescription drugs do.

I worked in an office environment for many years. During that time I saw many women and a few men gain weight, some quite a lot.
The company I worked at, in a "cube farm" hired young women just out of high school or junior college. They always started out slim, but nearly all of them gained weight, just sitting and working at their desks.
The sale people would bring in donuts often and during holidays, there were always tons of fattening treats available in the break room.

I prefer an obese feeder, one who would make me as fat/obese as they are. I have written a couple of stories where a slim, workout guy marries a BBW she makes him become obese too. Great fantasy!

That padding is erotic to most of us on this thread. I do it as a turn on, trying to make my belly look even bigger. I also pad my butt just for balance. I also try to use the minimum amount of clothes.
