I have to say, I do like nice, soft, jiggly fat. My wife is nice and soft and jiggles. I, however, have a firm, nearly hard belly all visceral fat. I do like how it bulges out in front of me, but I'd enjoy some hanging fat and jiggling.

I was "husky" growing up, overweight, but not hugely fat. I was still a bit heavy in college, but I got sick (pneumonia) right after college and lost a substantial amount of weight and kept it off for years. I joined the military reserves, which meant I had to stay in shape for twenty five years. Toward the end of my service, I found it more and more difficult to meet weight standards. I retired from the reserves in 2013, and that is when I have started my active gaining. I'm up about thirty pounds. I'm now fifty pounds heavier than when I got married. My wife who is a BBW, has not mentioned anything about my gain, though I make no effort to "suck it in".
I'm also old, late sixties, so being heavier and old is far more accepting in society than being overweight and young. I hope this makes sense.

1. Do you consider gaining more of a fetish or need?
2. How much have you gained (on purpose)?
3. What's your weight goal?
1. Fetish, it's a turn on.
2. about 30 lbs.
3. No particular goal, just seeing how I feel with the extra weight/girth.

I take a prescription for heart burn, but the over the counter heartburn med, "Zantac" uses the same medication as my prescription meds do.
I'm not sure if it is available where you live.

Tigerlily33:
I am thinking of creating a story where the lead character goes to college to learn how to care for the obese and super obese. She meets a male classmate and with the help of her teachers and other classmates the male grows to immobility.
Needs work. Working on several characters to make it interesting
Tigerlilly33; this sounds like a wonderful plot, I hope you write this.

You guys weight until you are my age (68), gaining is so easy. It sometimes feels I gain just looking at rich, fattening food. I don't have any problem keeping the weight on either, just watching my belly and butt grow. I even jog in morning and still easily gain! Keep eating and best of luck and health.

I've heard that skipping breakfast is a great way to get fat... but that's missed calories. Doesn't make too much sense to me.
I've heard that sumo wrestlers in training (i.e. gaining weight) skip breakfast, exercise, then eat a huge meal. Personally I eat a large breakfast treating it as another opportunity to eat more calories, fat, carbs, etc.

Bobster:
Hey guys,
I started gaining about a year ago and everything is going great, but the last couple
of months my weight doesn’t really go up a lot anymore, but my body keeps changing.it’s getting very soft and jiggly.. cellulite ext…
And all the weight im packing on is in my ass, thighs and boobs..
Just starting to feel very feminin because of that..
Anybody who has that same feeling?
Bobster; I too have gained on my buttocks and thighs. I my "moobs" (slang for male breasts) are larger but not pronounced given that I also have a large (48" waist) belly, by back has a curve so my butt sticks out as does my belly. I also do not have much hair on my body, so I feel that I have a slightly feminine appearance. I have written a story about a gay girl who moves in with a chubby gainer guy, she become turned on by his gaining weight and how feminine his body starts to appear. The story is; "It's Complicated". I have posted photos of my large belly and fat buttocks on my profile page.

I actually broke a step ladder a week or so ago. The smoke detector in our bedroom started to "chirp" at 1:30 in the morning, which really ticked me off. I went down to the garage (attached) and got a step ladder and a new battery. Our ceiling in the bedroom as vaulted, so the smoke detector is quite high on the wall. I put in a battery and thought that was it, but NO. It continued to "chirp". I got back on the ladder, by this point my wife was awake, she was mad, because I was mad, and not being very careful, I climbed back up the ladder to "attack" the smoke detector again. That's when the left leg of the ladder broke. I came crashing down on top of ladder. I got a big bruise on my side above my love handle and a series of "road rash" (it was a very old wood ladder) on my side, otherwise I was unhurt. I weigh 234 lbs. I guess I was just to fat for the ladder. I did go to Home Depot and bought a new ladder rated at 250 lbs. I thought about getting the 300 lbs. rated ladder, but I decided to forego that one, for now.
