I emerged from the shower tonight as my wife had just put out toddler down for the night. It’s our only time to talk as husband and wife most days.
As she devoured the last of the ice cream, she happened to be watching a YT Short that featured belly dancing. The featured dancers happened to be on the thin side. She said she’d always wanted to belly dance but knew only one move. Wifey is about 330 pounds with a big, soft double belly, so she can do that one move for me anytime she wants to :-)
I replied, “Well, my one belly dance move is all these homemade burgers today.” I did so while patting my own growing beach ball of a tummy. She giggled approvingly as she simply just went on about jiggling her belly to the beat.
Moral of this little account is that she doesn’t mind me getting bigger at all :-) I sure don’t mind her figure being so luscious these days!

She's reached the point where she's shorter than all her friends standing up...but taller than all of them sitting down!

That sounds amazing! My fianceé is kinda like that too. Standing up, I'm slightly taller than her, but sitting down, she towers over me (she's got a bit of a butt lol)
Nice :-) Mine has a shelf for a butt and it’s awesome!

Contrast can be quite interesting. I’m enjoying gaining but at 205 I’m still more than a hundred pounds behind my wife. Her waistline exploded in size years ago for her first pregnancy and it really hasn’t changed since then. She’s about 330 and will probably keep gaining to at least 350 this year :-) It’s not an on-purpose gain on her part; just letting our usual appetite take its course!

It’s genetics that dictates a lot of this. I take after the men in my mom’s side and we’re all medium frame guys with harder, beach ball bellies (visceral). My wife takes after her dad’s side, where both the men and women are large people with blubbery soft fat and huge, exploding waistlines :-)

I haven’t had any comments really yet, but I have some events planned that I know the people will probably say something.
The first one is my friend, who is a very blunt gal, is coming to visit me this weekend. I last saw her when I was at my lowest weight about 2 years ago (was 170ish then and about 250ish now). Before I lost the weight and got down to 170ish my weight usually hung out around 200ish and even then she’d make comments about my chubby belly. I just know she’s gonna have something to say, especially if we decided to go to the pool.
The other one is I’m supposed to see my mom in about a month. She last saw me at my graduation at the end of April. I was about 230 then and though she didn’t mention anything I saw her several times looking at my gut in my overly tight clothes. She also offered to take me clothes shopping then. I’ve since gained about 25 since then and if my gaining continues like it has I might put on another 10 pounds before then.
I’m scared of what they’ll say as this weight gain has been unintentional, but I’m also kinda excited.
Sounds like some fun in the sun :-) Show off that belly with pride!

The nest chairs are wooden and have a wide leg base. My wife is at least 330 pounds and they work best for us, as I’m not exactly skinny anymore either. Sorry to hear you have to hide your fat. It’s so much more comfy to be able to let it out when you need to!

It’s a shame people have to deal with such weight-hate in their own family. My wife’s waistline exploded in size years ago after she had her first child and has been a big girl ever since. Would be nutty if her family ever wanted to give her hard time about it now :-)

Interesting observation indeed :-) If there was ever a chubby gainer Wonder Woman, she’d be eating some Whataburger, ha.

The more you gained, the less of a secret it would be? :-)

If you’re into the obscure classics in the horror genre, check out the New Castle After Dark channel on YT. The hosts to the movies they show are awesome and hilarious to watch :-) And get well soon!
