I'm glad you enjoyed yourself.
When I get into a stuffing mood, I like to spend a lot of time coming up with new things to try. Your post really had me thinking of some things, and I am getting a chance to try them today.
I made a pot of soup, a fruit smoothie, and french fries. I am cycling among these while I write this.
My most recent trend has been to blend cooked veggies so I can chug them. The bloat is pretty good and long lasting, way more than eating them raw. I steam them, and then add a little milk and some spices in a blender.

Variety is the key.
I like to start off with salad to start the day, and then kind of work my way back and forth, from starchy to savory to sweet, and from crunchy to chewy to slurp-able, and from dry to juicy, from cold to warm, or spicy to cooling.
Don't drink any more than you absolutely have to until you think you are done, then top off with liquids.
If there is something you are dying to have, save it for when you get to the point where you are thinking about quitting.
Also, switch up the setting. Go from the kitchen to the couch, from the couch to the bed, or outside if it is nice where you live. Have at least one meal in public when you are already pretty full, and find someone else to eat with for one meal, even if they have no idea what you are up to.

I like to get up and move, especially if I know I am going to go another round later. If I am too stuffed to move around, then I would prefer to take a shower or stretch in place. Sometimes, figuring out that I shouldn't move so fast is one of the best parts of being stuffed.

No, I actually get the opposite.
I have hovered around 260 for the last 5 years, and all the time, I get the comment that it looks like I've lost weight.
It is kind of annoying to me since I don't want to lose weight. I wouldn't mind gaining weight, but I am not putting any intentional effort into doing so. I do like to get stuffed on occasion, and I recently had a really good stuffing week destroying thanksgiving leftovers, but none of it really stuck for more than a week.
I do like to work out, primarily lifting weights, which if anything, I would like to be told that I am looking bigger or stronger. I understand that it is often intended as a compliment, so I usually just say thank you and move on.
Then I come here, and see that I am 25-60 pounds heavier than the goal weight of a good portion of the people who are actively gaining, and it makes me wonder what I look like to other people.

I am never disgusted about loving fat and stuffing, but I do have to spend a lot of time and effort reconciling it with my faith.
At face level, this fetish is literally love of flesh. As someone who wants to be led by the spirit, that is a hard thing to accept. Also, spiritual growth often requires self-denial, but feeding myself to my absolute limit is far from self-denial.
That is part of the reason why I take such long breaks from participating in this forum and in real life stuffing. I deny myself some opportunities in indulge, and I don't subscribe to tying feederism to laziness or abject hedonism.
I am still able to do this without moral guilt by remembering to give thanks to God for the food, for being able to enjoy it, and for the strength to push myself. I stuff myself like an athlete in the pursuit of a new personal best. God made me, he knows what I like.

I am doing an all day stuffing soon.
Here is the plan.
Round 1 is a big breakfast at home.
Then I am going to head out, do some shopping, grab a bite while I am out, grab something to go for when I get home from somewhere else.
Round 2, I come home and cook for later.
Then I take a quick nap, wake up and leave for a buffet lunch.
When I leave the buffet, I am going to waddle a few blocks to a theater and watch a movie with a big bucket of popcorn and the biggest diet soda they have. I can give myself some discrete belly rubs in the dark theater as long as I don't moan or burp too much from the buffet.
After that, I am going to go home and spend the rest of my night watching TV and plowing through the food I made earlier. I hope to eat myself into a food coma.
I didn't specifically list what I plan to eat because my general rule for an all day stuffing is not to deny myself anything. If I want it, it is going in my belly.
Normally, I am a proud member of the clean plate club, but on an all-day stuffing, it is better to stop when you don't want something to make it easier to eat more of the next thing you do want. I usually end up with really good leftovers for the next week.

I am not a gainer but I love to stuff myself on occasion.
I am planning on an all-day stuffing next week, and just started training for it yesterday.
Every day, I am drinking a gallon of water after lunch as quickly as I can without making myself sick just to stretch out my stomach. It usually takes about 10 minutes early in the week, and then quicker to 5-6 minutes after a few days.
I am also exercising a bit more to work up an appetite.
I start out keeping my mind on drinking with pace and monitoring not overdoing it, but as I get better at it, my focus has to shift on making my stomach muscles relax to accept the growth.

One thing I have learned from being on here is that everyone is living at someone else's goal weight. There are things here that other people like to which I am indifferent, some things I find distasteful, some I like, and some I never really thought about before. But sharing thoughts, experiences, fantasies, and struggles is why I am here, and if that is happening for you, you belong.

Thank you for asking this question.
Expression is not solicitation. Many of us are here to celebrate, to understand, and to express our sexuality without necessarily looking for anything beyond acceptance or understanding.
