I sit at the desk the majority of the day at the library. At my desk in the backroom, I keep tons of snacks; in which I graze on during the day.

You’ve got to consistently hit a calorie surplus, and if you do that, you’ll gain eventually. If you like to eat, it shouldn’t be very hard, and you can do it with healthy food or junk food, or both together. If you don’t like to eat or if eating alone isn’t bringing you a fast enough gain, heavy cream works wonders. I like it mixed 50/50 with chocolate milk.
Eat a lot and don't exercise.

I given up with the dieting. You lose some weight but only to gain more weight.

I never liked the taste of a diet soda. I prefer a regular soda.

Not only I snack on chips and gummies, I snack on Twinkies and cupcakes (e.g., Hostess and Little Debbie). That wii get your weight gain going.

I already have a hanging belly. My colleague at the library where I used to work at; said that I’m catching up with her in size.

If I am at Wendy’s, I would order a Maple Bacon Chicken Croissant sandwich, with the Homestyle Potatoes, 6 piece French Toast Sticks and a large Frosty-ccino.

Since I work at a library, I sit down at the desk most of the time. When I’m away from the desk, I would snack in between meals.

When I was 230-lbs. My belly was beginning to hang. Now at over 250-lbs., my belly is hanging over my belt.
