ASMR is quite relaxing and tingly I. the head if you find the right channels on YT. I’m more into just the right vocal touch, not so much the random tapping stuff. To each their own, of course.

I’ll guess it’s the Mediterranean diet that makes it less prevalent there? Indeed, it’s probably the healthiest diet plan out there…but growing bellies are so much more fun to view :-)
