I was in my 30s when I started getting my big ball belly, so no, that wasn’t middle age yet :-)

I totally feel everyone here. Lower back pain is the main down side of growing a belly, whether you’re a man or woman. I’d much rather be this way than bony again, though 👍

I’ve seen some super-attractive dresses for around the house advertised lately. The back is cut pretty much down past the waist and really shows off the back fat rolls nicely 👍🥰

English was my strong suit in school and not math 😁 If I did this right, mine is 0.558 (BMI 27.9 and CW 200). My wife’s is 1.42 (BMI 64 and CW 350).
