Does anyone know any calorific and fattening foods that don't have to be refrigerated? I share a fridge with roommates and they somehow take over the entire thing haha.

Peanut butter is calorie dense, you can eat it with a spoon, and it doesn't need to be refrigerated. Can be dry though, so drink something while you eat it.

heavy cream, 3600 calories per quart .. needs refrigerated but they will probably leave it alone. Mix peanut butter with honey to eat while you drink the cream!
