As of this morning's weigh in I am 245 pounds.

That's 145 pounds gained in 20 years.
45 pounds gained in 2019.
30 pounds gained over the holidays (Halloween -New Years Eve).
20 of these pounds piled on in December alone.

My spouse made a ring from a twist-tie off of the grocery bags then put it on my finger and patted my belly saying, "Congratulations, you graduated from produce to PORK!"

Finally got the master bath useable last weekend, and our new bath tub is amazing. I can actually sit in it without having to bend my knees it’s so long, and I can sit Indian style in it because it’s so wide.

Anyway spouse took demon child to the grocery in Spokane so I can have my first weekly home spa day in the new house.

I do need help picking which wine to have, what scent candles, and what music to pick though.
