Getting Ready for the Reunion

Chapter 1

Listen to this chapter - just press play:
Tom and Vickie had been together for a little over a year. They'd actually known each other since high school but they hadn't dated back then. High school can be very clique-ish and they had been in different cliques. Tom was the starting quarterback, so his friends were all jocks and cheerleaders. Vickie wasn't interested in being a cheerleader and was more into individual sports like swimming and track. Tom had dated a couple of cheerleaders and went steady with one, a red head named Rita. He actually would have preferred a girl with more curves, but as the quarterback he felt pressured to be with the skinny cheerleaders. Vickie had dated a few non-jocks, but never went steady with any of them.

Tom was a good enough quarterback to get an athletic scholarship, but he wasn't good enough to get any playing time. He was just under six feet tall and never went over 175 pounds. At the college level, quarterbacks needed to be tall enough to see over the monsters on the line, so Tom spent four years on the bench. He knew that he'd never go pro, so he was smart enough to use his scholarship to get a degree in finance. With his blue eyes and sandy hair, he was popular enough with girls, even though he wasn't a star on the team. Throughout college he still kept his preference for bigger girls a secret, though he did hook up a couple of times with girls that had some curves, at least more than those skinny cheerleaders.

Vickie went to a different college, getting some grants and partial scholarships, and working part time to avoid getting saddled with student loans. No longer swimming she put on a few pounds, going from a swim toned 145 pounds on her five foot eight inch frame to a more curvy 160 pounds. She wasn't on any of the athletic teams but a fairly active lifestyle kept her weight more or less under control. She earned a degree in Marketing, although with working part time it took her an extra semester.

After college, they had each returned to their hometown of Dallas. Tom got a job with a financial services company and Vickie was hired for the marketing department of a large tech company. They both dated, but hadn't found the right one to marry. Tom had been able to indulge his preference for curvier girls since he was away from the expectations of the college jock circles, but none of the relationships had led to marriage. He had stayed at his 175 pound playing weight though he didn't really work very hard at it. He had a fast metabolism, worked out regularly though not too strenuously, and didn't eat all that much.

Vickie had found herself working long hours and didn't take time to work out or cook for herself. A lot of fast food and the lack of exercise led to her weight slowly climbing. It was only a few pounds each year, but four years after college she was a voluptuous 190 pounds. She was still very attractive. She was tall enough to carry the weight well, with D cup breasts, full hips, a prominent booty and a rounded belly that she could camouflage with the right clothes. She had auburn hair and green eyes set in a slightly rounder face with an easy smile.

It was a little over eight years since high school graduation that Tom and Vickie had a chance meeting that changed their lives.
