chapter 4 - the final conclusion

"Please talk to me..." Drew said.

Michael was silent.

Drew thought to himself. What would a man like Michael need in order to start talking.

"I'll uh," Drew thought. "I'll give ya my sandwhich if you want. I was planning on eating it, but you look more starved yours-"

"You eat it," Michael said.

"Huh?" Drew asked.

"I'll talk if you eat."

Drew nodded. He unwrapped the lazily folded foil and stared at his meal.

Michael laughed. "You're eating a 6-inch sandwhich? That's gonna fill you up?"

"Uh, yea."

Michael burst into laughter. All the others in the plane began to look at Michael, not because of his sudden outburst but the rotund jelly ball under his perky moobs. It wobbled and jumped along to his laughter in perfect rhythm.

"You good?" Drew asked. Michael nodded. "Now," Drew took a deep breath, "why were you so cold when I said I didn't want to get bigger?"

"I dunno, it's just that in high school, we were always together having fun. I always id what you wanted to do... I joined sports teams, hosted parties, pull off all nighters... you know... typical Drew things. I just thought that maybe things could be different now... Different between the two of us... I just thought you'd like to something I liked... but I guess... I guess I was wrong."

"Micheal..."

"It's fine, I get it... It's your life. You can live it however you'd like to. It doesn't bother me anymore, not in the slightest."

Drew knew what he had to do. He wanted to be there with his reunited friend till the very end. And if it meant doing outlandish tasks... so be it.

"I'll do it," Drew said. "I'll be as huge as you are in no time! Just you wait!"

Michael smiled. "Thanks bud."

"We're finally here," Micheal puffed as he laid Drew's suitcases down on the front porch. "This is the Fat-ernity. You're gonna meet greatest 4 people of your life. Daniel's probably told the erst about your arrival. Hell, there's probably a feast calling our name right now... You ready to go in?"

"I'm ready. Let's do this."
