Avery is an ex-cheerleader who gets a job as a personal assistant for one of the richest men in the country. What happens when her new boss is actually the nerd she used to bully in high school for his weight? Max is nothing like how he used to be in his teens- the tall, broody, dark hunk wants nothing more than revenge.

Chapter 1
I am so nervous as I step inside the elevator and push the button to the 15th floor. This is my first day at work as the personal assistant of Max Fletcher. Yes, you heard right, THE Max Fletcher! Besides the fact that he is one of the wealthiest men in the country at the age of only 27, he is also one of the most desired bachelors. And knowing myself, this is my only chance at a bright future: the trophy wife of a billionaire. I never liked studying so I don’t know how I got so lucky to land this job as a PA. However, as I look into the mirror, I can see what my interviewer saw in me.
My light blonde curls cascaded over my petite shoulders and framed my heart-shaped face with high cheek bones. My long eyelashes fluttered to reveal my big, green eyes. My smile is perfect, as well as my plump natural lips. I look over my outfit which is a little bit revealing- if I have to seduce this guy I might as well make a good first impression. My body is my temple and this can be seen from the way I look. My boobs are naturally big and can be seen from my see-through shirt, tucked inside my mini-black skirt. I have a six pack which I worked hard for at the gym. My legs are tall and toned and I elongated them even further by wearing some high heels. I am going to make this man fall in love with me and it’s going to be so easy.
I step out of the elevator and find his office door. I enter and I see my new boss already sitting at his desk, beautiful but yet so dark. He lifts his eyes to meet mine and in that second I feel like I’ve met him before. Impossible, I only saw his face in the magazines and in the news.
“Good morning sir, my name is Avery and from today I will be your personal assistant.” I said, lowering my voice in an attempt to make it more seductive, while also bowing a little bit so he can get a full view of my cleavage.
“Hello, Avery. I need these documents sent to this e-mail address as soon as possible.” He responded dismissively, handling me some papers. “Oh, your office will be right next to mine. For starters, I’m going to tell you how we function at this firm. My subordinates are so loyal to me because I treat them nicely. Each morning, the employees working on this floor get their breakfast from the room across of ours. Because you’re my PA you’re going with me on every lunch meeting with my associates. Also, this schedule is flexible which means that sometimes we’re going to have diners too, or you’re going to come to the office late in the evening. Is this understood?”
“Of course, sir. Everything sounds so good and I cannot wait to work for you.” I responded, feeling like I’ve won the lottery. Based on what this man is saying, I will get so spend so much time with him, in private, which meant so many good opportunities to seduce him.
