Shawna loves having Becca living there,and a bed was moved in beside Steven's, but usually Becca can be found with Steven, somehow finding room in his bed. Becca's favorite thing to do is to lay in bed and cuddle with Steven. She will lay beside him and keep a bowl of snacks near, and constantly feed him. These two are definitely in a Feedee/feeder relationship and they both love each other so much. She loves to feel how soft he is and squeeze his rolls and kiss around his face, his chins, his neck. She'll place her arms around each of his upper arms and tease him by actually giving his arms names, telling him they are as big around as two fat men. Becca also likes to tuck herself under Stevens belly apron, which is huge and flows across the bed on both sides. His breasts are so large they hang down on both sides, and his body almost covers the bed.
Steven's belly apron covers his legs completely and all that shows are his ankles and feet from under the fat mass. Becca loves to gently jiggle the soft mass which makes Steven crazy. Something he also likes is for Becca to lower the back of his bed until he starts to gasp for breath from the fat pressing on his chest.He calls this "suicide by fat rolls". Then he likes her to kiss his lips as he struggles to catch his breath. When he moans a certain way she knows its time to quit kissing and she raises the bed up to the the
semi reclined position. It takes some time for him to be able to catch his breath after this, and Becca usually gives him oxygen, even though he protests.
Steven's arms are so large and heavy that he is unable to lift them on his own, so even hugging Becca is impossible. Making love is not going to happen in any way that a smaller couple would do it, but Becca can give Steven some pleasure and Steven certainly tries to please her, but a mound of fat the size of Steven is really unable to please a woman in any normal way.
But, Becca is content just as things are. Just laying beside this jiggling behemoth and being able to feed him and grow him and watch him become more massive by the day, is enough for her. This is her fat young man, struggling for breath, and waiting to be fed and cared for.
Thinking back on that fat boy struggling to get in the car, and the way his mom spoiled him,and overfed him, it's not hard to realize why Steven, now 20 years old,has become who he is. Immobile, totally dependent on others,pampered, and weighing in at nearly 1200 lbs. His world is very small now, even though he is physically very large. Even the slightest exertion on his part becomes quite a workout for Steven.
A long time ago Shawna told her daughter Tammy, that her purpose in life was decided when Tammy's father left. She had to protect her children, especially the baby.

Update January 2017 :

Steven, who will be 23 years old this year still lives with his mother and Becca. He is totally dependent on Shawna, Becca, and the nurses, and all his needs are taken care of. Becca helps with all his personal needs and Steven says he would be lost without her in his life.The nurses are still at the house 2 or 3 days a week and he is monitored to make sure he isn't being crushed and suffocated by his own weight. He receives oxygen for most of the day and especially when sleeping. He isn't weighed anymore, as he can't be moved from his bed. Tammy told my daughter her mom said Steven outgrew the 1500 lbs. scale many months ago.The last time he could actually be moved, (which took 4 extra helpers) to be weighed, the scale readout was 1438 Lbs. No attempt to move him from his bed has been tried since then.
There is a plan when finances allow, for a scale to be attached to the bed so his weight can be monitored . To attach the scale and calibrate it Steven will have to be removed from his bed for a short time, if possible. Becca and Steven have their own reasons to monitor his weight, and that is to see the results of her feeding his gluttonous appetite.
Tammy knows her brother is destined to live a short life, and she makes a point of visiting home every few months. She says Becca and Shawna are very attentive to Steven's needs and she realizes there is no hope for him. He doesn't have to move, his appetite is always sated, Becca or Shawna will never let him want for anything so he continues to grow fatter.
Steven's family always treated him as very special, almost like he was handicapped from the time he was a baby. The overfeeding and doting did eventually handicap him, burying him in his own fat.Tammy says she is not sure that after being doted on all his life, if Steven did lose a lot of weight, whether he could ever survive without all that special attention.
My daughter has moved away from the area, but is still living and working near Steven's sister Tammy in another part of the country.
They are still the best of friends. My daughter is planning on visiting Steven the next time Tammy goes home for a visit.

Meanwhile, Shawna and Becca continue to grow Steven.
