Feedism can be so fun! But it really has to be done responsibly. Overeating is SO hard on our bodies. Nutrition is CRITICAL, especially if one is trying to create a body that needs more, tha means they need *more* nutrition, not just caloric input. Surplus will create weight but not health and then it will be lost if nutrition is added back in.
Also just consent and reality. Lots of thin feeders/FAs have no concept of this. By far some of the most fatphobic people I've met are feedists. Every time.

Here are some general tips, specifically as they relate to fetish erotica:
1. Outline when horny, write when sober.
2. Numbers don't really mean anything in the imagination when describing body changes or food volume. Unless there is a plot element specific to it, you don't need numbers. It will free you, I promise.
3. Describe how the changes impact the environment, outfit, or mood of the room not just what is just physically happening.
4. Revising and outlining count as writing.
5. Jot down every single idea, no matter how silly! You don't have to finish the story now, but I promise it will come into use at some point.

Generally the idea of being given control of someone else's body to sculpt them to my desires is attractive, and the semi-extreme lengths you have to go to to induce lactation is a great expression of that. Circumventing natural processes like pregnancy while inducing lactation is the peak of "disordered desire," and maybe the side of me that was repressed by Catholic doctrine is thrilled by that.
It may also be for me in particular that I'm not a gaining feedee and the lactation would definitely result in a change in my body!
Specifically some of the things that appeal to me about it are having to wear stims/pumps during the day, following a schedule prescribed by the feeder, etc. Something about my body changing (and even producing something) because of their direction is š„µš„µ

I have no desire to nurse/feed anyone but I've always had an interest in having a dom feeder require me to lactate. I have a big thing for diet control and I think that's part of it - the supplements and work etc to get the production going (I've never been pregnant nor breastfed). and maybe a bit of a hucow thing? Not sure, but the thought has always been a bit thrilling in the back of my mind.
