That is amazing that you were so large and perky. I can definitely see where it would be a problem trying to present as male. I think everyone is used to the saggy manboobs on men, but there is no denying that your breasts are 100% female, and not only large for a male, but large for a female too. I don't think that I will ever get that big or perky, but I guess I still need to be careful. I would love to be that big and perky, but my wife would hate it, and I can see that it would be hard for people to ignore in public.

I started taking this stuff a few years ago to bring back sensitivity to my nipples and upon finding that it started to work, i upped my dose about 4 times. After a few months I noticed my shirts and pants were starting to fit differently, and my nipples were becoming heavy, engorged and super tender.. The gainer in me was super turned on and I would keep it up for at least another year and a half. My nipples and areola went from the size of a dime to the size of a pencil eraser surounded by just over 2 inches of swollen and tender areola. I had a small C cup at my biggest size. The pictures on my profile show my development over the past 5 years, earliest being the ones on the bottom and the latest being the ones near the top. As I said, I could stand to update my pictures. As for dosing, I started off with the recommended dose on the bottle, which at the time was one a day. then after a couple weeks I decided to increase it by one pill a week unless I started to feel slight headaches, then i'd stay at the current daily dose until my headaches were gone, and continue to climb until i was at about 4000 mg a day or 8 pills... which is a TON.. I'm not recommending anyone get that high. Ultimately it took me about 2 months to raise my dose. After that, I noticed my body start to change kind of quickly, like within the week of arriving at 4000mg a day.
So, I assume the top pictures were when you were at you max. Now that you have stopped, how much of a change did you get?

I'm not 100% sure, but I'm pretty certain diminishing testosterone without raising estrogen levels won't cause boobs growth or feminization.
I figured that I was probably at the tipping point, and that even a low dose of estrogen might give me results. I figured I would try the low dose, and if nothing happened, I would stop. However, I am getting somewhat sore nipples and other sensations in my breasts, and the shape is changing. I really can't go too high because of my age and medical conditions.

OMG, after looking at the 3 of you using PM, it looks like very large, very feminine breasts. I've been doing it for only 2 months and only using 160 mg a day, so maybe I won't get the same results, but I can see my breasts changing from moobs to a more feminine shape. What changes did you notice first? Mine seem to hang a little lower, seem to be more pointy, and seem to gone out to the sides a little more.

If he has been with you, and you were big to start with, it is a good chance he is an FA, or doesn't care. You can always test him out by saying something like, "My belly sure is getting bigger, maybe I should think about a diet." See if he agrees, argues, or says nothing.

I figured I must have been close to the point where estrogen would dominate, so I am taking 180mg of PM a day. I've been doing it for almost 2 months. My breasts have become much more feminine shaped, and I get all kids of sensations in my breasts and nipples. So, as long as you don't have too much testosterone, you should see some changes. Keep us posted.

I'm still 20 years old and I can guess I have a lot of testosterone because of various physical and physiological factors, that's why I'm taking 1000mg per day. Fun fact when I told my girlfriend about all of this, she decided to take it herself to try and firm her breast, she takes 500mg a day.
Estrogen may not do much good if you have a lot of testosterone in your system. Normally a person reduces their male hormones when they take female. Also, don't forget that there are other side effects, such as libido loss, etc. Your girlfriend doesn't mind you growing breasts? A woman taking more estrogen may or may not have more breast growth. Also, it is best to have a doctor check things out.

I'm taking only two 80mg pills a day. However, my doctor has me on Spiro and Minoxodil for blood pressure. While I had no changes with just the blood pressure medicine, my breasts have changed from manboobs to female shaped breasts in just about 6-7 weeks with PM. Whether they grow larger is still to be seen. The blood pressure medicine took care of my erections, so that was not a concern taking the PM.
