I used air. I don’t anything to support heavier weighted padding.

best setups for padding?
I have used Jockey brand Life briefs, their nylon ones. I have some large size, that stretch out very well. I do go for minimum clothes to pad in.

all-inclusive cruises are incredible for gaining!
I have read articles that state people on cruise ships gain an average of seven pounds a week. I’ve never been on a cruise ship but for that reason alone I’d consider going on one.
