Seeing Blu's embarrassed reaction, the nurse smiled warmly and cupped her plump face with both hands.

"I know this situation can be frightening, but really you should be proud! You're going to help so many people with your growth," she proclaimed jubilantly. "So many will no longer feel the pain of hunger because of you, and others like you. You're going to bring some joy into the world.....that's all any of us can hope to achieve."

While Blu smiled shyly, Dr. Grass rolled her eyes at the sappy speech. Despite the nurse's genuine sentiments, it was highly unlikely any of Blu--the Porker's meat would end up on the table of less fortunate citizens; a prize pig like her would be snatched up by the wealthiest among them. Greedy snobs.

With Blu now somewhat subdued, the nurse continued her examination by tenderly massaging every inch of her chubby face, then sliding down to her plush shoulders. Focusing on one arm at a time, the nurse squeezed and pinched all the fat from the upper arm to her sausage fingers.

When she finished, the nurse told Blu she could let her arms rest at her sides for the moment, then she walked over to a cabinet and took something from the middle drawer. Blu couldn't help but gulp when the nurse returned with a large pair of scissors in her hands. Her whole body trembled.

"Don't worry, I'm just going to remove your underwear," the nurse said gently after noticing Blu's fear. She didn't give Blu a chance to react before she snipped off the ill-fitting bra, freeing her breasts.

"Not quite as big as other Porkers we've seen," the nurse murmured, examining them. "They'll still be tasty morsels, though."

Blu turned red, and redder still when the nurse kneeled down and grabbed the waistband of her just as ill-fitting panties.

"Doctor, could you assist for a moment? These are very tight, I'm worried I may puncture the meat when I go to cut these off of her."

Dr. Grass came over and grabbed the other side of Blu's panties, pulling it out slightly so the nurse could make a clean snip. In two seconds, Blu's whole porky body was completely exposed.

The nurse handed the scissors to the doctor and resumed the inspection. She first examined the lower hang of the pork belly now that it was free. Kneading the creamy fat she gave a nod off approval, then moved down to the fatty loin. By this point Blu's face had to be the brightest shade of red the world had ever seen.

After that the nurse slid down to her bulging hips and thighs, ending the examination with a through prodding of her chubby feet. When finished, the nurse walked over to a desk and picked up something. Using a pen from her pocket she scribbled something down, then held out what Blu could now tell was a badge to Dr. Grass. The doctor looked and gave a nod of approval.

Blu was left confused.
