chapter 15 - the problem with overeating.

The problem with overeating is that if you do it long enough it becomes the new normal. You don't feel full after eating normal portions. You snack a lot. You add meals to the day like a second breakfast. You start wanting dessert with lunch in addition to dinner. You start wanting something sweet before you go to bed, like ice cream or cookies. You can never have "just one" of anything.

All of that was now the case for Alyssa. She had been in China almost 6 months now. When she weighed herself this morning, she was 254 pounds. 102 pounds heavier than she was the day she landed. She found that she thought about food just about all the time now. When she woke up in the morning, she would think about what she wanted for breakfast, did she want Austin to bring her KFC in bed? After stuffing herself with breakfast, she would think about what she wanted for lunch, usually thinking they could get some street food around 10:00 AM and then get lunch in a restaurant or noodle shop at noon. Full from lunch she would think about snacking on street food at 3:00 PM to tide her over for dinner. After snacking on street food she would think about dinner. After dinner, she would think about which bakeries would be on the way back to the hostel. Right before she got to the hostel, she would run in the convenience store to pick up some beers to drink at the hostel, and some snacks in case she wanted some before going to bed.

She had figured Austin ought at this point. He was nice to her, and it was good having him with her in China since he knew the country well and spoke Mandarin, but it was obvious he just wanted her sexually. Once she hit 225 or so, he saw her purely as a sexual object. The more she gained, the more he wanted her. She was a sex toy to him, his own personal fat slut. He would wear a condom, but would never finish in her, always pulling out and jacking off on her belly. She wondered how big he would make her if she stayed in China with him.
