The gaunt grey-haired nurse shriveled his nose and gestured to the scale in the corner.

“Step on.”

Barnie nodded and stepped on without a care. His little weight gain would be discussed, but he was mentally prepared. He had heard his chubby friends get scolded for bursting out of a pair of pants in the past, this was no different. The nurse was already judging him just from his expression knowing what Barnie previously weighed, but he would show him. These ten pounds would melt off, this time next year Barnie would be more muscled than ever. He stepped on shirtless, ready for the challenge. What he wasn’t prepared for was the life changing event that was about to occur.

“Fat,” the nurse spat after the numbers came to a stop. Barnie couldn’t see the scale, so only cocked his brow as he went to reply.

“Fat? Like, five pounds, ten?” The nurse looked at him blankly, as if he was the biggest moron on the planet. In a flash he extended his hand forward, sinking his index finger into the soft fat below Barnie’s belly button. Barnie gasped as the nurse leaned in.

“You're up to 190 pounds, young man. A forty pound gain in only a year. Reckless. That officially puts you into the overweight class.”

Barnie felt his groin twitch.

“This is quite unhealthy. How could you not notice forty new pounds of fat on your frame?” the nurse clucked, “So irresponsible.”

The twitch down below returned with double intensity, Barnie felt himself growing hard. The nurse looked right into Barnie’s eyes and leaned further, finger probing his fat with purpose.

“It’s a shame, you used to be such a handsome lad. Look at those stretchmarks on your hips, this pot belly, even your pecs have softened. You look like a pig!”

With the final word uttered the nurse flicked his index finger upward. He scooped Barnie’s protruding belly, and as he felt it rise up and wobble back down his fattened flesh radiated sexual pleasure with an intensity unlike he had ever experienced. Barnie’s penis became painfully hard, a fraction of a whimper escaped his lips as he felt himself come. Luckily for him the nurse had turned away and he had dark sweats on. Otherwise, when the nurse turned back he would have noticed the rod of harness hidden behind Barnie’s palm, a wet stain quickly spreading.
