Chapter 21

Turning on the shower, Cindy cursed to herself as she looked out her meager view to see both Hannah and Lucy's cars. It had been over a week since she last had an opportunity like she did and was kicking herself for letting it slip through her fingers. Over this time, she speculated other methods, starting a small fire to escape, or just jumping Lucy or Hannah. But there was a more serious risk arising, whether or not she’d be able to fit through the window if push came to shove. She debated hopping out the window as she was, but a part of her had been conditioned to be worried about a punishment while they were here. No, if she got caught, the punishment could easily outweigh the possible reward of freedom. If she got out, it would have to be smart and fast, she told herself . She bit her lip as she dried herself off and prepared to sit down, eat, and play for her fans.

As the camera and everything were being set up, Lucy decided to taunt Cindy some more. “Just a heads up, I wouldn't try informing any of your fans of your real situation. We have a 2 minute lead on the feed so anything you say will be cut in advance and we'll make sure you never do something as stupid as that again.”

Cindy nodded a familiar nod. Sawdust fell into her cleavage from her necklace as she did.

The next day, Cindy would see a landscaper transplanting a massive rose bush in front of the bathroom window. She put her second plan into full swing.

Waking up in the wee hours of the night, Cindy would remove her necklace and work slowly to saw her way through the back leg of the night stand closest to the bed. The nightstand stood about 2 feet off the ground and its legs were 80% of that height. The legs were tapered from a rounded head to a square peg of a foot. She worked through the thickest portion of the table but it’d be her best bet, and every night she took off a little bit more. Picking up the sawdust as if it were gold, she stuffed it into her mouth to hide what little evidence. A humbling experience for the desperate young woman.

Crouched over to use her makeshift saw, her gut sat mockingly in her lap. Every tug back and forth jostled her gut and seemingly acted against her, impeding her reach and making it awkward to reach and twist. Her heavy arms weren't a help either, jiggling and practically chafing as she worked through the leg. Her thighs and ass seemingly propped her up as well, her body basically keeping her as far away from her work as it could.

The next day, when Lucy came in to bring breakfast in, Cindy was still in bed under the covers. Wafting the tray and walking over to the bed, she mockingly told Cindy she brought all her favorites as she sat on the foot of the bed. Annoyed at the lack of a response, she shook her feet which did little to rouse her. Standing up, Lucy went over to the head of the bed and pulled the cover off of Cindy to see her, eyes wide with fury, her right arm wound across her chest with the chair leg in tow. Like a mouse trap she snapped and clocked Lucy in the side of the head and she fell with a thud. Flying from the bed and ready to swing again, she thought Lucy was dead a moment until she heard a bellowing snore. Despite her being the one feeding me, she certainly let herself go again, Cindy thought as she checked Lucy's pockets for anything to use, but found a stun gun on her ankle. Picking up the weapon wide eyed, she looked back at Lucy with disgust and kicked her in the ribs, causing her to wheeze. Whipping her head to the door as if she was being watched, she held out the stun gun and slowly made her way through the house. Hannah was never far from Lucy and she had to have heard the thump, but as Cindy found the note that said “Goin shoppin, -H”, she knew shade was here alone with Lucy.

Cindy looked to Lucy, then over to the door, and back to Lucy.

When Lucy woke up, she was tied to a chair in the kitchen. Cindy and Hannah were conversing about the intricacies of weight gain. Blinking heavily and wincing at the headache she had, Lucy mustered the strength to whisper ‘oh fuck me.’

Cindy turned her head robotically to Lucy, who wouldn't meet her gaze in return. Cindy smiled and continued her conversation with Hannah as she went about grabbing ibuprofen and a bottle of coke. She held out the pill to Lucy in an offering manner, which made Lucy spit on the floor. Hannah spoke up “it's just an ibuprofen, I heard you took a nice whack so just take it.” Hannah had said, all but laughing. As she spoke, Cindy offered the pill to her again.

Sighing and leaning forward despite her restraints, she made the nonverbal cue as if to say yes and leaned in to take the pill, but not without debating biting Cindy's finger. Deciding against it, she had the pill on her tongue and waited for a sip of coke. Cindy took the bottle of coke and held it to Lucy's lips so she could finish the pill, but did not remove the bottle, instead letting it pour. Lucy's eyes went wide with surprise as she went to turn to get away but Cindy grabbed her hair and pulled it back making her even more powerless. A few tears began to make their way from Lucy's eyes as she struggled to drink down the bottle, her stomach feeling fit to burst. Finally, she finished the bottle, Hannah looked over at Cindy and gave her a short little round of applause, to which Cindy replied “I told you so.”

Lucy burped and gasped for air and desperately wanted to rub her stomach but could do little more than steady her breathing. Cindy lightly tapped the portion of Lucy's belly shown, the thick bloated slab of fat right below her belly button. “No give at all. Good.” Hannah watched intently as Cindy spoke as Lucy drifted back to sleep
