Chapter 2: Ashley's Big Mistake

Ashley had more fun than she thought possible with David, the two got on well as he introduced her to a couple he knew, Nathan and Brian. She and David talked work and life as eventually Ash admitted to her interest in Mary to him,
“Be honest though how many times have you watched the fatties in there and stared at them” he asked and Ash felt herself blush but smile as she let out a small giggle.
“Too often, there is actually this client I have that I kind of like, she’s nowhere near your size but….” She trailed off.
“But you wish she were?” he asked and Ash felt her heart flutter but then fill with guilt at the thought.
“I don’t want to go against her wishes though, she is super nice after all” Ash said as David understood. David also told her of his own situation with a client. David had fallen for an artist he was modelling for called Marianne. Ash was happy to see he wasn’t hung up on Anna at least. Ashley relaxed more and was having a good time as she witnessed first-hand David and Nathan’s appetites as they had an eating contest. She watched as both practically were busting out of their clothes and David when he pushed it further outright popped out of his button up shirt.


However fun as it had been to watch Brian and Ashely had the problem of lifting the two heavy weights up and out home. Both managed to get help from a couple of strong built feeders that were very helpful. Ashley had to drive David’s car to Brian and Nathans with David close to falling asleep next to her in the passenger seat. Part of her mind went to an image of her and Mary in that predicament as Ashley smiled again. Ashley upon arriving learnt first-hand Brian’s daily trial as she had to help him lift Nathan inside as they then turned their attention to David. David was by far easier to lift than Nathan who was at 500 plus pounds.
“At least he’s not as heavy….yet” Brian said and Ash nodded. She wondered what would happen if Mary was this heavy as again her mind wondered as they walked him to the couch. Once he was lay down Ashley looked at him and giggled, he really did look like a balloon with his swollen round gut on display like that.
“You look like a giant balloon right now. You just sleep okay,” Ash said as David didn’t say anything before they heard him begin to snore.


“Well time to get you home too” Brian said as Ashley nodded and followed him back to his car. She told him where she lived and Brian nodded.
“Not far away then, so did you enjoy your first experience with Feedees?” Brian asked her as she smiled and nodded.
“Yeah, sucks I can’t be more honest about it though, my mum would kill me” she said as Brian nodded.
“Well if you ever want to talk to us. I’ll give you our numbers, David’s too if you want?” he offered and she nodded, she did want to get to know them all better. Ashly text Porsha when she got in, Porsha was still awake and was eager to talk about it.

Porsha: Hey Ash how did the meetup go, meet any one nice?
Ashley: Hey yeah I did, actually did meet someone I knew there, and met two of his friends and we got on well
Porsha: Oh? Really well good for you though,
Ashley: Yeah, saw the two of them eat their weight in food too, one burst out of his shirt too
Porsha: XD well at least it sounds like it was interesting too, we should meet up at some point too,
Ashley: Yeah I’d love that, just got to get this thing with My Client out of the way first and then I’ll see about what time I can get off from work to head down.


As the weeks went by Ashley thought back to her conversation with David, she knew he had confessed and was now dating Marianne. Ashley still was having trouble with her own courage though. However her moment arrived as Mary wanted to celebrate the fact she was down to 210 pounds now. She invited Ashley out to a club that Saturday. Ashley waited outside the club for a moment trying to collect her thoughts before she made her way in and saw Mary was there already at the bar. She looked stunning, and her outfit fitted her well and her still but smaller round belly was clearly outlined and Ashley tried to picture her wearing said outfit at her original weight. There was another woman with her as Ashley made her way over to the bar. Mary beamed when she saw her,
“Ash there you are, your hair looks great by the way” Mary said cheerfully as Ashley smiled back awkwardly.
“Hey you look great too Mary” Ashley replied as Mary patted her belly proudly.
“Well it’s all thanks to you, I may have a bit left to go but I’m slimming down nicely” Mary said as Ashley again smiled awkwardly.


Ashley looked at the other woman who was a little taller than Mary and was thin and lean her dark hair flowing down her back. She was giving Ashley a slight nasty look.
“Oh this is Kelly, my girlfriend” Mary introduced her and Ashley’s heart sank.
“So you are the one to thank for my honey looking better by the day, I owe you, I know Mary struggled with it but eventually she got the courage to go through with her weight loss” Kelly said as Ashley nodded. Ashley felt her mind rush as the night seemed to go by in a flash as they all drank, Ashley more so than anyone to try and take her mind off of things as she saw how Kelly and Mary were very close. Kelly, from what Ash had found out, was the sole reason for Mary to want to lose weight in the first place, she didn’t want a fat girlfriend and Ashley felt jealous as Mary wouldn’t have to go through that with her.


Ashley was very drunk by now, but was still lucid enough to know what she was doing as Kelly went to the bathroom leaving Mary and Ashley alone together.
“I can’t thank you enough Ash, Kelly is so happy with this” Mary said as Ashley sighed,
“Are you happy though?” Ash asked. Mary looked taken aback for a bit as she thought before she replied.
“I mean yes, I know I love my food but Kelly wants me thin, so I’m happy to do it if it means she’ll love me even more” Mary said as Ashley gave a slightly hollow laugh. “If it were me I would love the person for who they are not their weight” Ashley remarked as Mary looked at Ashley and then the bottle.
“How much have you had Ash?” Mary asked as Ashley stood up,
“Doesn’t matter, I thought you were already attractive enough when I first met you. And you’re a super sweet person its why I……” Ashley cut off as she rushed forward and kissed Mary full on the lips and felt Mary push her back,
“You’ve had enough to drink Ashley……Go home…Please” Mary said a little sternly as Ashley felt her eyes tear up and sighed as Kelly came back just as she left.


This was the mistake Ashley had made that had changed her life. The following morning Ashley was called into her manager’s office and was fired as Mary, no doubt pushed by her girlfriend had made a complaint against Ashley. She was chewed out but that was nothing compared to her mother’s phone call an hour after that when she was back home.
“WHAT IN THE HELL DID YOU DO ASHLEY? Do you know how much I had to do to get you that job and you just….throw it all away for a fatty……….for a phase I thought you would have long grown out of. But No you had to go and embarrass yourself and me. I made sure that you’ll never work in this profession again. I hope you think it was worth it Ashley I do as I am done with this, do as you please but as far as I am concerned I am done. This will be the last time I contact you, good bye” her mother hung up. Ashley had even been disowned by her own mother now.


She had enough savings at least to last another few months as she sat on the kitchen floor that evening eating the left over ice-cream in the freezer. Ashley was a comfort eater and with her lazing around on the couch and eating vast amounts of food with no exercise as August passed by into September and then three weeks of October had passed, having gone silent and not spoken to anybody since she had been fired. It was no surprise to her what she saw in the mirror. Ashley had gained weight. All her previous muscle had vanished as her arms had lost their tone and her thighs too. Her abs long gone replaced by a round belly that stuck out. She had a muffin top and love handles. Her thighs were touching slightly as her ass had widened too. Her breasts had had some increase to them too. Her arms were a little flabby showing no evidence of their former toned state. Even her face was slightly rounder but not by much. She was surrounded by fast food wrappers and containers as she barely cleaned up anymore; she was lazy and had given up on finding a new job. She had gone from a fit 125 pound woman to a chubby 162 pound one.


She was going to be 200 in no time she thought as she felt unsure on how she felt about it anymore. Right now she didn’t care, what was the point if she could never work in fitness again? Ashley jumped when there was a loud knock on her door. She thought it was the landlord finally evicting her as she slowly stood up and walked slowly towards the door as more frantic knocking came from it. She opened it expecting to be shouted at but to her surprise, it wasn’t her landlord. Before her stood a face she didn’t expect to see who was looking at her in shock, worry and anger.
“Three months almost, and not a word I’ve been worried. And what happened to you?” Porsha asked concerned. Ashley stood there for a second before he burst into tears as Porsha hugged her and took her back inside. Porsha looked around and saw the remains of the food and knew how Ashley had gained so much weight now.
“Here sit down, tell me what is going on and…. look at you, you’re…..well” Porsha said gently,
“I’m getting fat I know” Ashley said as Porsha gave her another tight squeeze and Ashley began to tuck into another bag of chips.


Ashley told Porsha everything that had happened to her. Porsha sighed but comforted Ashley as she couldn’t help but be sympathetic. Porsha looked around and decided to help Ashley clean up first before anything else as they talked Ashley’s options.
“No job and you’ve had no luck with flat mate applications? Hmm” Porsha said as an idea popped into her head.
“Tell you what, come and move in with me till we can get you back on your feet okay?” Porsha said. Ashley thought for a moment and then nodded. Porsha beamed and then took out her cell phone.
“Yes Hello Mrs Addams? Its Porsha is that job still going by any chance?” she asked who Ashley looked surprised.
“Yeah just I have a friend who really needs a job and was wondering if………..” Porsha paused but then smiled.
“Thank you Mrs Addams, see you soon” Porsha hung up, “Well I got you a job at least, she is happy to have you” Porsha beamed as Ashley could of kissed Porsha right now.


Porsha went home that evening to get her flat ready as Ashley began to see if she had any boxes left from when she first moved there. She found a few in the back of the closet as she unfolded them and tapped the bottom of them back up as she looked at her phone. She scrolled through her contacts as she passed by her mother and saw David and Brian’s contact details and she felt guilty. She had gone silent on them too. She really did owe them an apology too. Ashley was sat in the coffee shop waiting as she was finishing off her third giant slice of cake, she sighed at herself and patted her belly, her appetite had really increased it seemed. She had contacted David first as she had asked to meet here today. David soon waddled in as Ashley had her arms on the table, hiding her belly from view. Her cardigan covered her arms well enough. David looked a little bigger to her which made her smile.
“Hey you okay?” he asked, he had a look of concern on his face.


“Hey David, not really, I……Lost my job a few weeks back” she said as David looked shocked but sat down.
“What happened?” he asked. Ashley explained everything as David sighed and patted her on the shoulder. She told him about her new job and that she would have to move away to another town. She did notice though when she got up to use the bathroom that David stared at her belly. That was to be expected she thought to herself. She washed her face of the crumbs on her way back out as she saw David on his phone texting someone.
“Who are you texting?” Ashley asked him resuming her seat to drink the rest of her milkshake.
“Brian, I told him to come over here, we’ll help you pack Ash, you can then apologise to him too then” David smiled as Ashley nodded and thanked him by giving him a tight hug.
“What about Nathan?” she asked as David chuckled,
“No chance. Nathan stays at home full time now, trying not to burn too many calories to become bed bound quicker” David said as Ashley chuckled. She did remember Nathan mentioning that once.


Ashley headed off to hire a van as David went with her, Brian would meet them at her flat in around 20 minutes after he made sure Nathan was full enough to rest for a bit. He was getting really gluttonous according to Brian. Ashley arrived back as she saw David and Brian waiting outside for her; she gave them both a hug as she turned to Brian,
“Sorry for going dark on you guys, I was just really in my own head too much” Ashley said as Brian smiled at her,
“I get it, but we would have helped you as well, just glad you are better now though” Brian said as he made her swear to stay in contact as she agreed. They saw the van pull up as they decided they best get a move on as to not waste the driver’s time. Brian and David made a start as Ashley went to inform her landlord who as on the floor above her, he seemed eager to get her out it seemed as she was behind on her rent. She did say she would try and pay the rest of what she owed off from her new job as he held her to that.


They made a start with her bed as Brian and David lifted it out to the van. Ashley packed her clothes into a box as she looked at all of her outgrown clothing and threw them in a box,
“I might fit into these again one day” she said. She took her boxes out to the van as Brian and David spilt up to tackle the kitchen and bathroom. Brian had brought spare newspapers along to wrap up the plates, dishes and cutlery. Ashley came back to her room and looked at her small desk; it wasn’t heavy as it was a folding one as she took it and her laptop out to the van too. Ashley found more of her clothes to sort through as Brian was done.
“Well that’s the kitchen ware done” Brian said as he taped up a box. Ashley nodded and smiled as David too waddled out from the bathroom.
“Bathrooms empty too now” David said. Ashley again nodded as she packed the last box and looked around the flat again.


“Thanks you two this would have taken ages otherwise” Ash smiled. They took the boxes out one by one and made sue her dressers and side tables were all in as soon the flat was empty and Ashley locked it for the last time. Ashley felt nervous about moving again, but that was always the case when you started fresh somewhere. She handed the flat key in and returned to the boys who were chatting.
“Well this is it, I promise I’ll text you both when I get there” Ashley said as the two nodded,
“Bloody well better” David said with a cheeky smile.
“Yes make sure you do” Brian said as Ashly gave them both one last hug.
“Thank you both of you, and give Nathan my best” Ashley said before she got into the passenger seat of the van and waved as the van took off for the next town over. Ashley sighed as she turned her eyes to the road ahead, her new start, and she was going to sort herself out and get back into shape, she promised herself.
