Chapter 2 - the jock

Dr. Wilcox held open the door while the young man walked into the room.

Tall this one. Lots of muscles, solid upper and lower body. A leg injury had put him in a wheel chair for months, and now his knee was shot. Now he had a big belly in addition to a big everything else.

"Hello...Jason?" she asked.

"Yeah", he said. He made a muscle. Oh God, that kind.

"My, my, getting pretty big for someone your age", she said, patting his belly straight off.

"Yep, I'm a full back, total athlete body", he said.

Arrogant and delusional, she thought, great.

"I see", she said, "I need to take your blood pressure."

She wrapped the cuff around his thick arm.

"Wow, that's very high for someone your age...."

"That's good, right?"

"No, Jason, it's not. You're also severely overweight", she said.

"You can't talk to me like that! I'm the star full back, got it! My Dad will get you fired."

"You used to be the star full back...", she whispered. "Please...get on the scale."

"What did you say?" he barked. "You can't tell me what to do."

Oh enough, she thought.

"You used to be the star full back. Now you're a useless tub of lard who will lose his scholarship. Doubtful you could graduate without your coach always putting pressure on your teachers to pass you anyway. So you'll drop out, and become a real estate agent, where your high school popularity and that arrogant greasy smile will be very helpful. Either way, your daddy's dreams of his son holding the Heisman are over. You'll lose most of the weight in time for your wedding to the head cheerleader. Wedding pictures and all. But you won't be able to maintain it, and when you hit 350, she'll spend the night in a sleezy motel with your future divorce attorney, that geek you hate from Poli Sci. Now get on the damn scale."

He stepped up.

"How do you know these things?"

"Because I'm older than you, smarter than you, when I was your age I spent more time listening than talking, all are true, pick the reason you like the most", she said. "Wowser. 275, kiddo."

"You know I like girls my own age, but I do cougar sometimes", he grinned, trying to look at her ass.

"Bend over", she ordered.

He raised an eyebrow. "Ha ha, yes, Ma'am."

She rolled her eyes and pulled down his boxers herself.

"Whoa, Doc....", he laughed.

She grabbed his balls from behind and squeezed.

"What are you...oh, oh..."

"And if I touch here, butterball...." She applied pressure.

"Doc, if you keep doing that I'm gonna..."

Then he exploded like a fountain.

"Oh shit, please don't tell my mother about this", he begged.

"Jason, I have no intention of telling your mother anything that has transpired in this room. I certainly hope we can agree on that."

"The way you just did that, the way you..."

"Controlled you completely?" she laughed.

"Yeah, girls my age can't do that!"

"Well, practice makes perfect", she laughed. "Have you found that you get more easily turned on now that you're bigger?"

"Bigger?"

"Oh. Yeah actually I think so..."

"Thought so", she said, "Fat boys often find themselves backed up with cum. It's not good to not do anything about it."

"And if say...I felt...backed up on some Saturday night my parents were out of town?" he asked.

She handed him her card. "The hours are on the back...feel free to drop in."

"I may do just that", he said. "But...just so you know, I'm totally gonna lose it."

"Oh I know you will. Oh, I have some nutritional supplements. Total protein, will build muscles, help you burn fat", she suggested.

"Cool, give 'em to me..."

She opened her cabinet and pulled out a couple of bottles labeled "Ensure extra nutrition for underweight kids", quickly pulling the labels off and throwing them away.

"Here you go", she smiled helpfully. Yeah, that should do it. If he adds that to whatever he's already eating, he should add 20 pounds of pure fat in a month.

"Thanks", he said.

"My pleasure, I'm your doctor, I'm here to help..."

"Oh it was my pleasure, Doc..." He raised his eyebrow again.

"Oh good Lord, get out of here", she laughed, pushing him into the hallway.
