How overweight were you when your belly began to touch your thighs sitting down

I was around 280lbs when this happened. I am tall (6'5"smiley so maybe it would be lower for many.

Tips for drinking heavy cream?

In my view, the point of drinking heavy cream is to get in calories when you are already full as it's easier to drink than eat in that situation. I'm not sure that sipping it during the day would be helpful as it might put you off eating as much in your next meal.

If I had a feeder, which I never have had, I would say c) for sure with d) and maybe f).

Can't see your toes/feet

I use the famous wall test, mentioned by Dr. Feeder, I believe. Stand normally with your belly just touching a wall and see how far your toes are from the bottom of the wall. Mine are around 7 inches from the wall, meaning my belly sticks out 7" more than my toes. No way could I see them standing up. I am 325 now but lost sight of my toes around 250.

I suggest you embrace those curves and get a good pair of stretch jeans. I have gained a hard fat ball belly but would love to have a fatter backside and thighs and so I envy you in that respect.

Goal vs. reality

A couple of years back I was about 280 lbs and had a goal to reach 150Kg (330 lbs) and I did achieve this within a few months. However I then had a health scare and lost down to about130 Kg (286 lbs). Have regained back to 148 Kg (326 lbs) now and on the way to set new records.
