Good strategy to add two inches to your known waist size, in case you need a belt with it. Belts tend to be optional once one gets fat :-)

height weight and shirt/ pant sizes
5-11 and about 206. Shirts a 2x, for the most part. Pants a 40 or 42, depending on the maker. Sounds only average, but I was just 150 pounds in my 30s. My 40s brought on the pounds and inches :-)
