Chapter 1 : The thesis

Emily sat in front of her laptop, her eyes glued to the screen as she scrolled through her favorite social media platform. She had been searching for hours for a topic for her sociology thesis, but nothing seemed to spark her interest. As she mindlessly scrolled through her feed, a video from "Lena's vlogging" channel caught her attention. The title read, "My Life as a Feederism Enthusiast".

Emily's curiosity was piqued, and she clicked on the video. As she watched Lena passionately explain the ins and outs of feederism, Emily couldn't help but feel intrigued by the subject. She had never heard of it before, but the more she listened, the more she realized that this topic could be the perfect subject for her thesis.

She sat there, transfixed, as she watched all of Lena's vlogs documenting her trip to America with her boyfriend. She watched in amazement as the couple started out skinny and trim, but over the course of their trip, they slowly but surely put on an incredible amount of weight until they returned morbidly obese. It was hard for them to even move, let alone fit into their airplane seats.

As she watched, Emily felt a strange fascination with the process that Lena and her boyfriend went through. She couldn't help but wonder how they managed to put on so much weight in such a short amount of time. Was it purely through eating copious amounts of food, or were there other factors at play? How did they cope with the physical challenges that came with being morbidly obese?

As the video ended, Emily sat back in her chair, deep in thought. Could she really write a thesis on feederism? It was definitely a controversial topic, but she couldn't deny that it was fascinating. She knew it wouldn't be easy, but she was determined to take on the challenge. Emily closed her laptop and got up from her desk, feeling excited about the prospect of exploring this unconventional subculture through the lens of sociology.

Emily couldn't contain her excitement as she picked up her phone to call her friend Melany. She had just finished watching Lena's vlogs about feederism and had decided that this would be the perfect subject for her sociology thesis.

"Melany, you won't believe what I just watched on YouTube!" Emily exclaimed as soon as Melany picked up the phone. "It's this crazy subculture called feederism, where people get pleasure from feeding and being fed by others. I know it's controversial, but I can't stop thinking about it. I think it would make an amazing subject for my thesis!"

Melany listened attentively as Emily went on to describe the vlogs in detail, her voice rising with excitement. "I mean, it's not just about gaining weight, it's a whole way of life for these people. They have their own language, their own rituals, and their own communities. It's fascinating!"

Melany's response was hesitant. "I don't know, Em. It sounds kind of...weird, don't you think?"

"I know, I know," Emily replied, trying to convince her friend. "But that's what makes it so interesting! As a sociologist, it's my job to understand different subcultures and ways of life. And I think this could be an important area of study. I mean, think about it - the social dynamics of feederism, the power imbalances, the psychological factors at play...there's so much to explore!"

Melany sighed. "Okay, okay, I get it. I'll support you no matter what you choose for your thesis. But just promise me one thing - don't get too caught up in this feederism thing yourself, okay?"

Emily laughed. "Don't worry, Mel. I won't be gaining any weight anytime soon. I'm just excited to dive into this subject and see where it takes me."

Emily hung up the phone, feeling grateful for Melany's support, but she couldn't help but internally laugh at her friend's comment about not getting too caught up in feederism herself. Emily knew that she would never get caught up in it like Lena and her boyfriend did, but she couldn't deny that she found the idea of gaining a few more curves intriguing.

As she stood in front of her mirror, Emily examined her reflection, turning this way and that to get a better view. She was thin and athletic, with toned muscles and a flat stomach. But as she looked at herself, she couldn't help but imagine what she would look like with a few more curves. What if she had a little more fat on her hips and thighs, a little more softness in her belly?

Emily shook her head, trying to banish these thoughts. She knew that her fascination with feederism was purely academic, and that she had no desire to gain weight herself. But still, the idea lingered in her mind, tempting her with its forbidden allure.

With a deep breath, Emily turned away from the mirror and sat down at her desk, determined to focus on her thesis and leave her personal desires out of it. She knew that the subject of feederism was controversial enough without adding her own personal feelings into the mix. But still, as she opened her laptop and began to research, she couldn't help but wonder what it would be like to experience feederism firsthand.
