The Hypnotic Transformation

Chapter 1

The Hypnotic Transformation

Emily had always been a slender girl. At 5'6", she weighed just 110 pounds, and while she wasn't obsessed with her figure, she was proud of how fit and active she had always been. Her friends, however, often joked about her small frame, playfully calling her “skinny Minnie” or "a walking twig." She always laughed it off, but deep down, the teasing never completely stopped bothering her.

It was during the final week of summer before their senior year when her friends hatched a plan. They were hanging out at her best friend Lucy’s house when the conversation shifted to hypnotism.

“I bet we could hypnotize someone,” Lucy said, half-joking. “Imagine if we made someone think they were starving all the time.”

“Yeah, like making Emily eat everything in sight,” Emma added with a laugh. “That would be hilarious.”

Emily rolled her eyes. “You guys are ridiculous. You think you can hypnotize me into eating a ton of food?”

Lucy grinned, a mischievous glint in her eye. “Why not? We could give it a try. What’s the worst that could happen? We might not even be able to get you under.”

The idea sounded ridiculous, but Emily agreed to the experiment, if only to prove them wrong. Her friends assured her that it was just for fun, and they didn’t expect anything to actually happen.

That afternoon, they gathered in Lucy’s living room. After a few minutes of simple induction techniques—soft voices, slow counting, and deep breathing—Emily found herself more relaxed than she’d anticipated. Before she knew it, she was under.

Lucy whispered softly, “You’re going to feel incredibly hungry, Emily. All you’ll want to do is eat. You won’t be able to stop yourself from devouring everything around you. When you wake up, you’ll remember nothing.”

The girls giggled, expecting nothing to happen. They barely even thought it would work.

When Emily snapped back to reality, she felt fine. Her stomach growled, but she chalked it up to a long afternoon without a meal. They all went out for ice cream, and Emily found herself eating an entire sundae with no problem. Then, a burger. Then, more fries. She couldn’t stop. Every time she finished a meal, she felt the insatiable urge to eat more.

Over the next few days, Emily noticed the changes. Her clothes became tighter. Her appetite, once moderate, became bottomless. She didn’t even have to think about it—she just kept eating, and the pounds piled on.

By the time the first month passed, Emily had gained 15 pounds. Her friends noticed, but none of them believed that hypnotism had anything to do with it. It was just that Emily was "eating more than usual." But the numbers on the scale didn’t lie. By the second month, Emily’s weight had jumped to 150 pounds. Her once lean frame was now starting to show the signs of her new eating habits. She couldn’t understand why she felt constantly hungry, but there was no turning back.

At first, Emily was self-conscious. She started avoiding mirrors, and the teasing from her friends made her feel more uncomfortable. But it wasn’t just her friends who noticed the change. Her boyfriend, Noah, seemed to be acting differently, too.

Noah had always been sweet to Emily, but when she started gaining weight, he seemed distant. It wasn’t that he made any cruel comments, but he didn’t look at her the same way. His eyes, once filled with admiration, now seemed to carry a hint of concern.

“Em, are you sure you’re okay?” Noah asked one day when they were sitting on her porch. “You’ve been eating a lot lately. Are you doing this on purpose?”

Emily shifted uncomfortably. “I don’t know what’s happening. I’ve just been so hungry all the time. It’s like I can’t stop myself.”

Noah hesitated. “I don’t want you to gain weight if it’s not something you want, but... I don’t know, I kind of liked how you were before.”

She could tell that he wasn’t entirely comfortable with the changes, but something about the way he said it made Emily feel insecure.

But Noah’s feelings started to change, too. Over the next few weeks, he seemed to grow more attracted to her curves. He was always complimenting her, telling her how beautiful she looked. As Emily’s weight crept up, so did Noah’s admiration. He didn’t hold back his desire, and Emily began to notice the way his eyes lingered on her. She didn’t understand it at first, but the compliments made her feel a little more confident in her changing body.

By the time the third month passed, Emily was tipping the scale at 170 pounds. She felt heavier, but also strangely powerful. Noah seemed to like the new look even more.

On his birthday, he took her out for a nice dinner, and as they sat across from each other, he grinned.

“You know, Emily, I think you look even better now. Maybe... maybe you should keep going. I think you’d look amazing with a little more.”

Emily blinked. “What? You want me to get bigger?”

Noah leaned forward, his voice a little more serious than usual. “I think you'd look even more beautiful if you let yourself enjoy it. I’ve been thinking about this for a while. You’ve been eating so much lately, why not just make it official? Let's say... an extra 10 pounds, just for me?”

At first, Emily hesitated. But Noah’s look was so sincere. He wasn’t worried or judgmental. He actually seemed to be encouraging her.

“Just... for you?” she asked, unsure.

Noah nodded. “Just for me. I think you'd look incredible.”

Emily smiled, feeling the warmth of his words. Maybe it wasn’t the worst thing in the world. Maybe, just maybe, she could enjoy this newfound freedom without guilt. She nodded, and that night, she promised herself she would eat until she gained those 10 pounds, just for Noah.

Weeks passed, and Emily’s eating habits became even more indulgent. She was no longer concerned with how much she ate, only how good it made her feel. With Noah by her side, she continued to grow. Her appetite only seemed to grow with her body, and each meal she devoured made her feel more powerful, more confident, more alive. She was enjoying food without restrictions.

By the time her weight hit 200 pounds, she was fully embracing her transformation. The feeling of fullness after every meal was a rush. Her body had become bigger, softer, and undeniably beautiful in her eyes. And Noah, he had never looked at her with more adoration. Every time he wrapped his arms around her, she could feel his love for her just as strongly as ever.

“Let’s keep going,” Noah said one night, as they snuggled on the couch. “I love every inch of you.”

And for the first time in months, Emily felt at peace with herself. She smiled, knowing she had found a new kind of beauty—one that came from confidence, acceptance, and a love that made her feel more beautiful than ever.

No more hypnosis. No more pranks. Just Emily, Noah, and a relationship that had grown stronger with every pound.
