Thanks for your answer, I think it is an important point you’re making. I am not affirming my theory is an absolute rule though, there are exceptions (but only for exceptional people 😁)

“Usual fat, low sugar” is called the Keto diet. I highly recommend the keto ice cream from Costco. We find them in Canada, I suppose they are in the States too.

You should visit Western Canada. A lot of German ancestry here, and a lot of big guys. You need to cope with cold long winters though !
