chapter 5

Time kept flying by and by Christmas, 2 months later, Rose was 300 pounds. Her family and friends had not seen her since her wedding, 8 months ago, and 160 pounds lighter. Since they lived in another state, they didn't usually see each other much, only a couple times a year. Rose and Mark packed their things to go to Mark's parents' house for the weekend. Rose had put on a shirt and a pair of leggings for the trip and had bought a tight-fitting dress for dinner. Over the 6-hour road trip, Rose ate like any other day, donuts, cookies... she stuffed her face with all the goods she could get her hands on. Her legs were spread open so her belly could hang in between as she ate, and also worked as a place where she could lay her food on.
Marks parents were both thin, good looking and quite strict with looks, actually, one of the things they loved the most about Rose was that she looked just perfect, thin blue-eyed American girl. This time they were about to find someone completely different. As soon as they parked right in front of his parent's home, they both came out and waited by the door. Rose opened the door and struggled to get out of the car. A 300-pound lardy woman waved at them. "Who's that?" "You think that is Rose? There is no way..."
She was still standing there, stretched her back raising her arms, what made her shirt go up as well and her belly roll out. Mark's parents were shocked by Rose's body. Her belly was hanging down in front of her legs, and over her waistband, soft, covered in cellulite and stretch marks. She has grown a quite fat double chin that compleated her obese look, her arms were now 4 times what they used to be and she had grown a big amount of fat in the back that made her look even more corpulent. "How did she... How did she do this to herself? She looks like a pig..." Mark's mum; Susan whispered to her husband still waiting by the door. Rose took the waistband of her leggings and put it over her belly, covering it, and then started walking towards them.
- Haven't seen you in a while! - She said while they looked at her body shake as she walked
- Totally honey! You look so different! I could hardly recognize you! - Susan said
- Oh! Married life I guess! hahaha
- Yeah... I guess - She said and then hugged her, feeling just how large her volume was
- Hi John - Said Rose and then hugged him
Rose then went in and Mark picked up the luggage and walked to hug his parents. As soon as he got to the door and said hi to them his mother started talking " I can't believe it... Rose... She's has gotten so fat she could sweat gravy!" Mark just ignored it and went inside the house, he left his thing in the living room. " Rose where u at?" He asked and then went into the kitchen where he heard a noise. As soon as he entered the kitchen he saw her, sitting in a chair, with her belly popping out, and a bunch of food out, eating like a pig.
- Rose, what's all this? This is my parent's house, you can not come here and eat all their food! - He started putting the food back into the fridge and cabinets
- But I am hungry... You know me... - She said grabbing her belly and shaking it while staring into his eyes
- Please don't do this... Please
- So do you guys want to have something to eat? Are you hungry? - Susan said as she walked into the kitchen, just to find Rose already eating something. Although Mark had put most of the food back into the fridge, Rose was still eating what was out, bread and PB. - Oh I guess you are already having something
- Yeah, we are hungry from the trip, we have not eaten anything all morning- Said Mark
- So... Rose... What are your plans for 2020? Joining a gym? Going on a diet? - Asked Susan and then sat on one of the chairs
- Not really, I had a hard time dieting to look skinny on my wedding day and it's so good to know that that day already happened! - Said Rose
- Yeah... but still, you looked so good on your wedding day! Don't you wanna look like that?
- I honestly think I look just as good so...
The conversation stopped there, Rose kept eating and Susan started to talk about something else. Over the course of the day, Susan observed Rose and just how much she was eating.
