Agent Michael Conway who only five years out of the academy was already considered one of the best if the not the absolute best at undercover work. His ability to blend in with the criminal element and obtain their dirtiest, darkest, and most incriminating evidence, had propelled him through the ranks and their was already talk about him being on track to be the FBI's youngest director in their fabled history. So when he was initially assigned the "Fat Cow" case, he was more than a little underwelhmed.

He wanted the high profile cases where he could conspicuosly take down a drug lord or some sleeper terrosist cell, not some case that was better off being handled by the Food and Drug Administration. As it was assigned by his immediate supervisor and somewhat rival, Michael just assumed that it was a round about way of derailing his career, as no agent yet was able to verify the facts of the case, let alone bring it to bear prosecution in court.

However, the more the brilliant sleuth looked at the broken assortment of facts gathered from other previous agents, the more and more, he became intrigued as his mind started to connect the dots. He couldn't exactly put his finger on it yet, but agent Michael Conway knew in his heart of hearts that he was the man made for solving such a case.

His pride told him solve the case that none before him could. So that was the conscious reason for Michael accepting the "dead end" and career stalling case. Yet, there was a much more down to earth and carnal reason for Michael if he was being honest with himself, which he was not. Michael who himself was thin and as fit as a fiddle, secretly harbored many feederism proclivities. And although he'd never acted upoun them, nor did he have any intentions on doing so, Michael simply couldn't resist a case where everyone around him would be growing fatter.
