Fayetteville Arizona was a small town located in the gorgeous high plateau region of Arizona. Before the age of the internet and the hipsters, it had been a quiet place, known mainly for its beautiful scenic views and a place to live the quiet life. The towns people were your typical stock of the chunky Midwestern variey.

That all however changed in the mid two thousands when the wealthy but not so famous CEO types began moving their families more remote locations. It was the "new thing" to do as "everyone" now had their own private jets; the world had shrunk yet once again.

Fayetteville was particularly struck by this wave of gentrification when the world's most renown plastic surgeon, Michael Thompson moved his new and young family there. Within weeks of his arrival, after the word had gotten out, more and more reconstructive surgeons began arriving, with boat loads of money and either buying up the towns largest homes and renovating the shit out of them, or just completely tearing down the older, smaller ones, to build gaudy mansions.

There was very little pushback from the locals as the type of money being thrown around was enough to bribe Saudi princes. As a result, the town rapidly changed. Within a year, the normal pickup truck that one would seen driving by had been replaced with Lamborghinis and Bugattis. The local greasy spoon had been converted into an vegan upscale vegan eatery, and several really nice but etremely expensive gyms, gyms too expensive for the natives, had sprung up as well.

The whole face of the Fayetteville had changed, and what had also changed along with it were the people. Every single spouse of the Surgeon's was an absolute stunning beauty. The handsome and fit men, but mostly gorgeous and sleek women, replaced almost all the regular town folk. Most left immediately with wods full of cash and most of the others that did stay, were priced out, as they were unable to pay the new property taxes on their newly reappraised home values.
