Chapter 1
Look at you.Does it feel good?
You first started being spontaneous one cheat day… to fill your mouth with greasy foods, You think it’s fun and you start making it a habit, After a night of drinking, or a night of relaxing or a night out.
Maybe skipping practice to spend your morning eating and getting over hangovers.
You didn’t even realise you started being lazy when you got here.
Going from winning marathons to drinking marathons. You started being more apathetic. Cancelling practice and gym here and there for sleeping-in, parties, relaxing or being tired.
You realised your party attitude was catching up to you quickly and said that you want to cut back on spending… by cancelling your gym membership and getting cheaper food.
You spent the time at the gym now lounging and barely studying or practicing. Instead, you did what everyone expected at this rate. Filling more and more of that couch that used to seat you and five mates became you and 4 then 3... when will this stop.
It won't. Look at you, your belly, man boobs and double chin replaced your pecs, 6 pack and chiselled face. Your body looks like a trio of rolling hills and boy is your body looking more round every day.
You sit there and eat beyond content and drink like a dehydrated camel. Every bite, every sip is slipping your obese body further down a hole that you cannot get out of.
But, even if you could… would you want to get out of it?
Look at you. You cannot even get out of that couch let alone your yearlong habit in-which you gained 45kgs and a cancelled gym membership and only a mere memory of your former self.
You cancelled all that you used to do. The Gym, The track team and being ambitious. You sit there on that couch when you aren’t in class or partying. You aren’t going to stop; you are already a slob and gluttonous husk of what you used to be.
Sitting there, watching TV, and eating… Always eating.
You like it ***. You like being a lazy slob. Being an ever-growing monument of gluttony. Eating and eating. You know you aren’t going to stop. Sitting on that couch being a massive mound of fat.
You love it. You love being a gluttonous *** as much as you used to love working out. Eating and eating it fills you up and makes you feel amazing. Your food is the only stimulant in your life. Eating and eating until you feel satisfied.
