how much fat can you gain in a month?
5kg/month is possible but most people don’t achieve that. The important thing is make sure it’s fun and enjoyable, regardless of how fast or slow it is

I’m about 340 or so and can’t stand being unclean. I don’t mind getting dirty if I’m working in something but hygiene is important to me.
