The first 2-3 days bring a lot of fatigue and drowsiness, but once beyond this, cyproheptadine is very effective at increasing appetite. It turned me into an eating machine.

Practical fat habits
Funnily enough, the opposite works for me. When my clothes feel tight, it serves to remind me that I’ve put on weight. So I get turned on, which leads me to eat more.

I’d avoid mixing maltodextrin and cream in the same shake. I tried it and it became a gloopy nightmare. I have used both separately, though. Mixing 100g of maltodextrin with 500ml water works...

Yep. Toilet culture is weird. As a guy, I always sit to pee when not using a urinal. Aside from being a much more sanitary position, it also provides a brief moment of relaxing downtime.
