The doctor took his measuring tape and started around Hannah's back going around her swelling stomach and rolls she had started to develop around what had once been a small waist.

"40 inches" he read..."that's on the borderline of obesity" he said. "Hannah, this is really serious. He turned her to the mirror by the examiner bed. " you see how your middle is distended and droopy with these rolls?" Grabbing and touching all the extra fat she couldnt help but eat herself on to her body. "This is what worries us for obesity because you have a body type linked to that where you store all your fat in your stimach back chest and upper body."

Hannah flushed with shame as he said. "Most healthy girls your age come in eith about a 26 inch waist. Youre nearly double that and of course we can see you're excess weight is started to cause A sag in your bell which we will have to also measure if this weight gain of yours keeps up."

Hannah's mother looked to her concerned and touched her stomach. "See honey it's not just me, it's for your health."

"I need you to drop at least 20 lbs for your health hannah. You'll still be overweight for your height but at least you won't be on the cusp of obesity which u are right now."

Hannah looked in the mirror at her swollen fat body that had grown from fit athletic girl to theee rolls on each side of her thick belly which was just beginning to hang over her panties. Her back had two big rolls of grabbable fat the doctor now grabbed "see here, this isn't skin this is all excess far you are accumulating" he said grabbing the othe side under her bra as well. Hannah was emarassed to aee he could grab a full handfull of fat off her back.
" and if you put your arm up you'll notice you've begun to droop and hang here as your body collects fat," he said poking them with his pen and seeing them jiggle. "And then you are also loosing the definition in your jawline as you can see.. you actually are about 5-10 pounds away from a double chin and that's quit difficult for women to loose."

"Are you going to the gym at all?" He asked?
" i have but since ive put on a bit of weight it's so hard to do what i use to.. i know I have to just push through even when I'm out of breath."

"You really do," he said. "That's what's really going to help here and to be quite honest it's not going to be easy from the amount you've packed on. 10 lbs to loose isnt the same as 50. You'll have to want it."
