Chapter 1

Janet was waiting for her new pupils for file in for the first day of class. She was a first year teacher at Forest Hills High School in Connecticut. She had been a student teacher last spring and now was looking forward to teaching on her own. She would have the seniors whom she had as juniors last spring all eighteen or nineteen years old this fall.

Her students filed in all of them smiling and laughing. They all said hello to her calling her Miss Janet. She noticed one girl who was quite fat. She didn't recognize her from last spring and thought she was a new girl. She watched as the chubby girl squeezed herself into a desk. She seemed very happy smiling and giggling with all the others. She was pleased that even the other girls did not make an issue or bring up how truly fat she was.

Janet went to the front of the class and started to call the roll. She went through the names, recognizing most of the children and names from last year. She called out Melissa Faber, thinking she had not seen Melissa come in. "Here, Miss Janet" called the round girl, giggling. Janet was about to scold her for responding to someone else's name. Melissa Faber was a petite, skinny and sad girl she remembered from spring. She looked again, thinking, "Oh my God it is Melissa, she has gotten so fat! She must have nearly doubled her weight!" Janet collected herself, "Thank you Melissa, I didn't remember you coming in." Melissa giggled, "I'm a lot bigger than I was last spring." Several others giggled and looked at Melissa, and she smiled back. Janet really didn't see any animosity or teasing directed at Melissa at all.

Janet handed out text books, having the students come up to her desk to sign the book ledger. When Melissa came up, Janet was startled at how fat she really was. Her belly bulged straight out from under her chest, just below the plump growing breasts. Her thigh rubbed together, her bottom was full and round and jiggled as she waddled. Her dress was barely keeping her modesty. Melissa leaned over, pushing against Janet, who was surprised how soft she felt, and signed the ledger. "Thank you Melissa. Please come and see me after the dismissal bell, I just want to chat with you, okay." "Yes Miss Janet." She replied.

Janet had the study hall duty. She noticed that Melissa spoke to the other girls, but she did not seem self-conscious at all about how fat she was.

Janet also got the cafeteria/lunch room duty as well (so fun being the newest teacher). She watched the students talk and eat. She noticed that Melissa got the full entre for lunch. She then noticed several kids bringing her their unwanted portions of their lunches their Mom's had packed. Melissa ate them all and her own lunch as well.

The last bell rang, Janet gave the last instructions for homework and dismissed her class. Melissa came up to her desk, smiling, "Miss Janet, you wanted to talk to me?" Janet looked up at Melissa, she couldn't help but stare at her large, protruding belly, which was lifting up the hem of her dress. "Yes, Melissa, thank you for remembering that I wanted to speak to you. Melissa, is everything all right at home? I mean, you changed so much over the summer. That I'm concerned about, um, ah..." Melissa giggled and patted her round belly, "You mean how fat I've gotten?" "Well yes, Melissa, I'm concerned and curious to know what happened. I used to go to your mother's Palates classes, she is so slim and so were you, I just want to be sure that everything is all right."

Melissa patted her belly again, which was becoming a habit. "Miss Janet, right after school let out last spring, my mom and I went down south to visit my Aunt Sally, Uncle Matt and my cousin Missy. They moved to a development called Bellows Farm. There is some problem with the water or something there and everyone, but especially girls and women get really, really fat. We got down there and at first my mom was really mad at my Aunt Sally for getting so fat, she even got my Aunt Elaine fat too. But as soon as we drank the water and ate any food, we were super hungry and couldn't stop eating." Janet looked at Melissa, "Are you sure. Your Mom was so hard on the heavier women and girls in her class, I can't even imagine her eating much less overeating."

"Oh but she did! We went to the swimming pool the first day there. Mom was really mad when she saw how fat everyone was. She was telling my Aunt she needed to get on a diet right away before she got even fatter." Janet asked, "What happened to change her mind?"

"We got in the pool and swam for a while. I told my mom I was hungry and she said she was too. My Uncle Matt, was really nice and went and got us lunch. My mom at first was mad he brought so much food, but soon we were eating and we didn't want to stop. Uncle Matt got us more food too." We ate again. We both got really, really full and our bellies were sticking way out, too!"

"Didn't your Mom get angry at you and your Aunt for eating so much, or bringing you so much to eat?" "No, she wasn't mad at all." Melissa giggled, "My Mom was really full too, but she was smiling and laughing, talking with my aunt and uncle. Missy and I were giggling poking each other's fat bellies. We went back to their house and took showers and got changed. Mom said her panties and bra were tight and her dress was tight too and so was mine. We went out to a buffet for dinner. It was so good, there was so much food and we could eat whatever we wanted and how much we wanted too! I got so full, Mom and Aunt Sally had to help me to the car."

Janet just stared at her fat student. "Melissa, how long did you stay at Bellow's Farm?" Melissa patted her belly again, "We were there almost all summer. Mom, at first said we were only going down to see them for a week or two, but Aunt Sally asked Mom and I to stay as long as we wanted to."

Melissa looked at Janet, "Miss Janet, is that all you wanted to know, is why I got so fat?" "Oh Melissa, you're not fat, dear, your just bigger than the other girls." Melissa giggled, "It's okay, Miss Janet, I know I'm fat, I like being fat and so does my Mom." "Melissa, your Mom is fat too?" Melissa giggled, "Oh yes, she has a big round tummy and she says, she has a really fat booty too."

"Melissa thank you for talking with me and being so truthful, but aren't you just a little upset about gaining so much weight?" Melissa giggled, "I'm not upset or sad at all. I was really unhappy and sad before, you remember don't you? My mom was always nagging at me not to eat too much, or really eat almost anything. We went down to Bellows Farm, and started to eat, my mom and I have never been happier."

Janet smiled, not knowing what to say to Melissa's answer. "Melissa you can go now, I'll see you tomorrow." Melissa smiled, "Good afternoon Miss Janet." Janet watched as Melissa walked with a slight waddle out the door.

She gathered her paper work and lesson plan and went down to the office. She wanted to ask the nurse about Melissa. She got in the office and knocked on Katie's door. "Katie, do you have a minute?" "Sure, Janet, what can I do for you, you're feeling alright aren't you?" "Oh Katie, I'm fine. I do have some concerns about one of my students though." "Oh which one?" asked Katie. "Melissa Faber." Katie thought for a moment, "Isn't she Heather Faber's daughter, the Palates/aerobics instructor?" "Yes that's her." "What are your concerns, Janet, I don't remember seeing her today." "Katie, she has nearly doubled her weight!" "What, that can't be, her mother is obsessed with staying fit and working out, you've been to her studio haven't you?" "Yes I have, but Melissa told me they visited all summer with Heather's sister down south in a place called Bellows Farm. Melissa said that the water or something is contaminated with chemicals which cause weight gain and even obesity, especially in women and girls." "Really!" replied Katie. "Well I will do a quick check up on Melissa tomorrow. The district wants the nursing staff to check on any changes in students that may be out of the ordinary or could be a result of abuse." Janet thought, "I don't want to get Heather or Melissa in any trouble, I was just concerned, that's all." "Janet, don't worry this won't become a witch hunt or anything. If Melissa is happy and well adjusted, even if she has gained weight, I don't think it's going to be a problem." Janet was relieved, she didn't want to start her first week of her teaching career starting a crisis for a parent or child.

Janet went home feeling she did the right thing.

First thing the next morning, Janet got a note from Katie, asking her to send Melissa to the nurse's office instead of study hall. Janet said to Melissa, "Melissa, please go down to the nurse's office and see Miss Katie instead of going study hall." "Yes Miss Janet." Melissa smiled.

Before study hall Melissa dutifully went to the nurse's office and reported to Katie. "Miss Katie, I'm here. Miss Janet said to come here instead of recess." Katie turned from a chart and was startled my how fat Melissa was. "Yes Melissa I did want to see you. Miss Janet was concerned about, your weight. How are you feeling Melissa? "Miss Katie, I am feeling very well, thank you." "Melissa would step on the scale for me please." Melissa giggled, "This is the first time I have been on a scale since Mom and I got back for Bellows Farm." The scale banged as the bar slammed against the top bracket. Katie had left the scale weights at 120 pounds. She started to adjust the weights to get the bar to balance, when it did it was at one hundred and seventy five pounds. She measured Melissa's height, it was five foot three. She looked on her chart and was startled to see that Melissa was nearly fifty pounds overweight. "Melissa, you can get off the scale now. Let me check your blood pressure." Katie checked all of Melissa's vital signs and found everything to be good, the only result that was off was Melissa's weight.

"Melissa, Miss Janet said you and your mother spent the summer in a place called Bellows Farm." "That's right Miss Katie." "She said you and your Mom gained weight there." Melissa giggled, and patted her pronounced belly, "Yes Miss Katie we did." Miss Katie got serious, "Melissa, now tell me the truth, were you made to eat too much?" "Oh no, I only ate what I wanted too, no one told be to eat more, just whatever I wanted to eat." "Did they put too much food on your plate or in front of you to eat?" "No, I only got as much as I wanted." "I want to be clear, so no one, including your Mom, aunt, uncle or cousin made you eat too much or in anyway made you feel that you should eat more than you wanted to?" "That's right Miss Katie, I ate only as much as I wanted to eat, no one asked me to eat more than I wanted." Melissa started to get tears in her eyes. "Miss Katie am I in trouble or is my Mom in trouble because we got fat?" Katie hugged Melissa, startled at how rotund the high school student had become. "No Melissa, no one is in trouble, Miss Janet and I were just concerned that you are okay, that's all." The bell rang. "Melissa, you can go back to class." "Okay Miss Katie."

After school Janet checked in with Katie. "Oh hi Janet, I saw Melissa Faber today." "So how is she?" "Well of course she is obese, nearly fifty pounds overweight, but, other than her weight, all her vital signs were within standards for a girl her age. She also said no one made her eat too much, she only ate what she wanted to eat. I asked a couple of times to be sure, that there wasn't any force feeding or cajoling to get her to overeat. She also seems so much happier than when she was last year. I was a little worried about her, I thought she may be depressed, she always was so serious and never smiled." Janet replied, "I know, other than how much weight she put on, that was the most surprising attribute for Melissa, that she is so much happier." Katie said, "I think one of us should go see Heather and check on her home life as well, just to be sure." The school district had cut spending and laid off the social worker who had been assigned to the high school. "I'll go by today, I know where Heather and Melissa live and it's near my condo." Stated Janet.

Janet drove out of the school parking lot, fifteen minutes later. She headed toward the neighborhood that Heather and Melissa lived in. Which was only a few blocks from her own condo complex. She remembered how slim Heather was when she took her "Pilates" glass while she was on her student teaching assignment at the high school. She remember too, how bossy and demanding Heather was of her classes, making it an unpleasant experience for the somewhat plump Janet.

Janet pulled into Heather's driveway. She got out and went to the door and rang the bell. It seemed like several minutes before Melissa opened the door totally out of breath and wearing a small bikini style swimsuit. "Hi Miss Janet! How are you?" "Fine Melissa. Is your mom home?" Melissa giggled, "Yes she is. She doesn't like getting up and coming to the door, she says walking makes her thigh rub together." Melissa opened the door further and let Janet in. The house looked neat and tidy.

Melissa said, "This way Miss Janet Mom's in the kitchen getting a snack." Janet followed the waddling Melissa, startled by how small her bikini was. They came around a corner and Janet almost fainted she was so shocked. Heather was standing at one of the kitchen counters, eating some cookies and "Nutela". She had on a tight t-shirt, which didn't cover her bulging belly. She had a large bikini cut panty the her huge bottom cheeks literally sagged out of. Her thighs were thick and perfectly round, jiggling with every move Heather made. Heather turned around, "Who's here honey?"

"It's Miss Janet from school Mom!" Answered Melissa excited to have her teacher at her house. "Janet it's nice to see you again." Heather stuck out her hand and Janet shook hands with her. Janet smiled trying not to stare at how huge Heather had become. Heather turned to Melissa, "Honey, why don't you go outside and swim for a while longer. Miss Janet and I need to talk for a few minutes." "Yes Mom." Melissa went back to the swimming pool.

Heather smiled absently running her hand over her huge belly. "Janet I have been expecting someone from school to stop by given how much weight Melissa put on this summer." Janet blushed, "Yes Heather that is why I'm here, we just wanted to be sure that Melissa weight gain wasn't forced or that there was any abuse that may be taking place."

"Janet Melissa told me she told you what happened and how we gained so much weight." "Yes she did Heather, but I just wanted to follow up." "So she told you about the development that my sister and her husband moved into, Bellows Farm and how the water has been contaminated with some hormones and other chemicals." "She did." Replied Janet. "But I just wanted to ask you, how everyone gains so much weight, and no one does anything about the contamination?"

Heather patted her huge belly causing it to jiggle. "Janet, mainly the women and girls gain, the boys and men do eventually, but not nearly as fast as the women. The weight gain and chemicals combine to release endorphins , the women and girls are so happy they just keep eating and eating. Their appetites are out of their control, they just want to eat and eat. That's what happened to Melissa and me. The very first day were got there I was furious with how fat my sister had become and that she let her daughter get fat as well. But by that evening, Melissa and I were stuffing ourselves just like everyone else!" "Really that seems amazing, I do have to admit that Melissa is so much happier this fall than she was last spring." Heather shifted her weight, causing a wave of jiggles, "Janet that was my fault. I was just as hard on poor Melissa and my ex-husband as I was on my students in my palates classes. I want to apologize to you as well, I was such a bitch in those classes, I so sorry." "Oh really Heather, it really wasn't that bad." Lied Janet. Heather laughed again, "No Janet it was, I was really mean. Say why don't you stay for dinner, Melissa and I would love to have some company for a change, she really adores, you, you know." Janet thought for a moment, she didn't have any papers to correct and her lesson plan was done, "Heather I'd love to stay for dinner." "Oh great, Melissa will be so excited."

They sat down and chatted for a few minutes, Janet was having a hard time trying not to stare at Heather's bulging belly. Melissa came in, "Melissa, dear, Miss Janet is staying for dinner." "Oh that's wonderful! Thank you Mom, thank you Miss Janet." They both smiled and said, "You're welcome Melissa." "Miss Janet would you like to go for a swim before dinner?" Janet smiled, "I'm sorry, I didn't bring a swim suit, I thought I would only be stopping by to chat with you Mom." Heather spoke up, "Janet, I'm sure I have an extra swim suit that would fit you." "Oh please Miss Janet, please swim with us." "Okay, ladies, I will swim with you." "Come with me, Janet, we'll look at some suits."

Janet and Heather went down the hall to the bedrooms. Janet noted that those rooms too were neat and tidy. She followed Heather into her bedroom trying not to stare at Heather's round bottom cheeks bouncing in the tight bikini panty. Heather looked in a drawer and pulled out several bikini swim suits, she handed them to Janet, "Here you are I'm sure one of these will fit you. I'm going to start getting dinner ready." Heather waddled out of the room, closing the door behind her. Janet looked at the suits. She held up one, bright red, but a size six, "No way," she thought. She looked at a couple of others, the largest was a size ten, Janet thought, "Well I'm a twelve or fourteen this should not be too tight and given how heavy both Melissa and Heather are, I'm going to look skinny!" Janet took off her school clothes and pulled on the bikini, the panty was tight around Janet's own plump thighs, some sagging over the waist band and a roll of fat below the halter top, but not too bad.

Janet went through the kitchen, Heather complimented her on the bikini, "Janet you look great in that suit!" Janet self-consciously smiled and patted her tummy bulge, "Thank you Heather, it is a little small for me though. " She went out and joined Melissa in the pool. "Oh Miss Janet Mom's old bikini looks good on you!" she giggled. "Thank you Melissa."

They swam for a half hour or so. Heather came out of the kitchen with grilled burgers and bratwurst, buns, some rich salads and chips. "Time for dinner you two." "Oh, shouldn't we get changed?" asked Janet. "Oh it's so warm out, Melissa and I usually eat in our swim suits." Janet thought that a little causal with a guest, but she went along with the idea.

They all sat down. Janet was startled by the amount of food there was. It seemed way too much for three adults. Heather served plates full of food. Janet, "Oh Heather this is way more than I usually have for dinner." "Oh nonsense, Janet a nice big meal wouldn't hurt your figure." Janet started to eat with Heather and Melissa. Janet watched, in awe, as the mother and daughter had another helping, then another. Janet didn't realize it, but she had three helpings too. She ran her hand over her bloated belly, thinking, "How am I getting home, there's no way I can get back in my skirt."
Before she could protest or excuse herself, a huge bowl of ice cream was in front of her along with a large selection of toppings and sauces. Heather and Melissa just smiled at her and started to eat. Janet started in on her ice cream as well.
