Chapter 1 - Week 1
Started around the 1st March 2020 to really wanting to gain weight. I started to get some protein shakes to get 2500kal that i normally don't get daily.My initial weight when starting was 96kg.
Working as a chef i find it hard to be able to have regular meals through the day so that way i sort of compensate.
Anyway, made a 1st course of shake with Serious mass (8 serving) for a week.
Anyhow, when i can i also add some ice cream to my shakes. I would like to have more flab over stretch ball belly. Any tips and encouragement are very welcome.

I have now try a different shake called "BSN True Mass" I find it a bit more filling than "serious mass" I may end up mixing both to try
Anyway, my weight is not 103 kg after 2 weeks
