Sriracha is definetly the way to go!
I was under the impression that hot/spicy foods, speeds metabolism up and burns more calories. Confused.
I've never heard that, boundandfeed. And most sriracha mayo isn't that hot, just has a bit of kick and flavor. (I'm a fan of Indian, Thai, Szechuan Chinese, and Mexican food though, my internal chili heat scale might be calibrated differently than others'!)
