She isn’t really doing it for herself but more for her mother and acceptance. I don’t think you have much to worry about….even if she loses a little she will gain it all back and more after...

heavy cream "delay" - how long?
I agree with this time frame exactly. Even when I was eating a bunch more all of a sudden even without HC I would really notice my gains in that time period of two weeks.
