I bought two seatbelt extenders from Amazon. Trying to fasten the regular seatbelt was getting tight on me; so, I gotten one for my car and I keep a spare in my purse.

What was your point of no return?
After being in the 200's, I saw myself at the point of no return. Meaning, there's no returning into the "onederlands". I gotten down to 213-lbs., now I have regained twenty pounds and then some.

Barely fitting in booth.
Fitting in a booth is something I no longer do. When I was at a restaurant with my mother and sister, we had a booth and I barely fit into it. No more booths for me.
