Bob's endless gluttony, fueled by Vivian's constant massive stuffings and subsequent sexual releases completely sealed his fate. His sexual Pavolian response to food had him up over 315lbs, almost as much as his highest weight so far. In actuality, he appeared much fatter now at 315, than he did a couple of months ago st 325. That's because all of his recent gains were purely of squishy adipose tissue with virtually no muscle being added at all. As a result, what was left of Bob's once proud musculature atrified into nothing, leaving his body extremely flabby and pocked with cellulite, like that of an obese woman.
