chapter 5 – the second date

Stepping back into La Mangeoire felt like returning home after a long vacation, it was as if Charlie’s life was a dream, a lie, and this was the only place that truly mattered; the outside world was becoming a distant memory. Charlie stood there at the entrance surveying his surroundings and taking in the alluring smells and familiar squealing, snorting, grunting and oinking that had dominated his dreams and subconscious since his first date. To his greatest pleasure, his waitress Jenna appeared. She looked more beautiful to Charlie than on his first date, and with a flick of her hair as she seductively made her way towards him, Charlie just stood there dumbstruck. “Well, heya darling, how’s ma little piggy doing”? she said, grabbing his exposed belly under his hoody and giving it a shake. Charlie went pink and instantly turned on, his mind was racing with thoughts and feelings yet he unthinkingly also grabbed his belly and squealed with joy.

Jenna grabbed Charlie’s rump and led him to a booth, all the while she surveyed him checking out all his newfound fat and watching the way it jiggled as he walked. The booth, unbeknownst to Charlie, was more spacious than on his first visit. Nonetheless, Charlie struggled to squeeze himself in and the booth’s digital display fired up showing the numbers: 289. Jenna was most pleased with her pet’s progress since she first laid eyes on him, ‘he’s a natural’, she thought, ‘I’m gonna have so much fun with this one’. She planted a kiss on his cheek and said “I’ll be back in a bit porkie with something to eat, why don’t you try the juice? Its delightful!”, as she pointed to a tube that extended from the table. Confused, Charlie inspected the tube and looked quizzically at the waitress. Smiling back Jenna said “oh don’t worry darling, first time? There’s a pedal under the centre of the table that’ll turn it on”. Unnaturally, but surprisingly pleasurably, Charlie placed the tube in his mouth, planted his foot on the pedal he found, and began swallowing the juice that continual found its way into his growing belly. The taste truly was heavenly, and with that, he closed his eyes and drifted into the same dream of the pen, whilst the highly calorific and addictive juice continued to make the numbers on the side of his booth climb ever higher.

The irresistible smell of food being placed on the large table in front of Charlie awoke him, and he lazily lifted his foot off the pedal. With no idea how long he slept, he sluggishly looked up into Jenna’s eyes, the tube fell out of his slack mouth, and with a dull mind he muttered something incomprehensible which was meant to be an apology. With a gleeful and satisfactory look, Jenna smacked Charlie’s now huge belly and watched it wobble hypnotically for a while until it finally settled. Charlie gave and almighty burp and squealed in gratification. Instinctively Charlie planted his head in the food, which was as always presented in a trough, and began absentmindedly, enthusiastically and gratefully devouring everything within reach whilst making all manner of piggish sounds. With a look at the display beside Charlie, as it showed 325, then 326, Jenna walked away past the other occupied booths to tend to her other customers while Charlie continued to lose all shred of his humanity.
